Dr. Phoebe as she is often called, was born in Union City, CA and then was raised Tracy, CA. From a very young age, she had a true passion for teeth. It started in the fourth grade when she got braces. This experience left her incredibly impressed with how small changes can make a drastic difference in a smile. From this point on, worked very hard to become a dentist and be able to improve patients smile on a daily basis.
She attended the University of the Pacific and earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Biological Sciences. She then continued her education at the prestigious University of the Pacific School of Dentistry to complete her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She is currently a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the Southern Alameda Dental Society.
Dr. Phoebe enjoys spending quality time with her family and dog, Musubi. You can usually find her trying out the newest restaurants around the bay area on the weekends or making her own homemade meals.

I'm a huge fan! Every single person in the office is wonderful, kind and patient. I went in for a late appointment, the plan changed into something much larger than we were expecting. Dr. Phoebe could have told me I'd need to wait until there was more time, but she chose to help. Everyone in the office was there until 1 1/2 hours after closing to accommodate. There was no feeling that they were inconvenienced or irritated to give up personal time. It's always genuine legitimate care.

Best dental treatment I have ever had !(no pain and headaches first time in my life!!!) Very very happy I highly recommend simply smiles cause at the end of your session you will simply smile! Thank you kind staff and kind DR.

I went to Dr. Phoebe the first time last summer and enjoyed the bright office space and the dentist's cheerfulness. Her staff was efficient and courteous. On my second visit recently, one day for cleaning/check-up and the next day to replace fillings, I noticed how well Dr. Phoebe and her assistant worked together. They could anticipate each other's moves, so coordinated that they were like one. They worked on 6 fillings in under an hour. I could feel the roughness of one filling the rest of that day but not the other fillings. I appreciated seeing and interacting with the dentist each visit, unlike another dental practice where I mainly saw hygienists. Double thumbs up for Simply Smiles!
