Amazing experience and beyond grateful they were open on a Saturday. Drove 1.5 hours so that I was able to be seen on a Saturday. No other dentist open in Utah County. Thank you for being there when I needed you!

All of the staff here are amazing! From the front desk to the techs to the doctors. Simply Amazing! I've been to countless dentist offices for 60 years and Simply Smiles is the best experience ever. I've never had a fear of dentists, because I started at 2 years old, but if you do, the staff here will remedy that. They make you feel like family from the first visit. They are all just down to earth good people who want to help their patients live their best lives. I've heard them interact with little ones, too. They were so great with them! The prices are great whether you have insurance or not and they never pressure you to get services you don't need or want right then. They give you several options so you decide what's most important to you. They have a great in-house plan if you don't have insurance which actually costs less than other dental plans and gives you more coverage with less limitations. I just found out about this and am so happy to get it.. Also, they are great at sending you appointment reminders via text or email. The hours are flexible, too. I had lost several teeth due to periodontal disease. They gave me a beautiful smile for the first time in years! And they continue to care for my teeth year after year like I'm family. Please call them for an appointment asap. You won't regret it. Do it for you! Tell them the lady with the nails sent you. I received no incentive for this review.

All the people who work in the center are very friendly, they help you with everything you need and they make you feel very comfortable from the moment you enter until you leave the place. The attention is very good, I really recommend this dentistry center, everyone is very professional in their work.

Lily, the receptionist, and Courtney, the dental hygienist, were very friendly, welcoming, and professional at the same time. The dentist was able to save my molar with a filling instead of having it pulled! I highly recommend them!

Horrible experience! They ripped me off! I went there to exchange the crown to my canal ( my canal was previously done by another dentist and it was old and ended breaking up) and they charged me for a whole canal even though the inner part of the canal had been done by another dentist previously. Accordingly to their promotion on the store panel, just the crown would cost $600 but they charged me more than $1250 dollars.

Worst dental experience of my life. Dentist don't practice best practices and spends the time racing the clock rather then focusing on patient care. Dentist, Stephanie, removed two teeth and then told me a bone graph was needed though an infection was found. Wasn't tell after I pointed out that she noted an infection and best practice is to prescribe antibiotics that she did. If I had said nothing she would have done nothing. Additionally research shows a bone graph will fail if an infection is present. To which the bone graph failed. Now have two massive holes in my jaw. The poorly done procedure resulted in an ER visit and an oral surgeon being called in who noted the procedure completed by Stephanie was done significant poorly and appeared she had no idea what she was doing. This was also confirmed by another dentist. Now as a result of Negligence and poor practice I'm having to see a specialist to fix her mistakes. Rest assured I'm reporting this to state dental board along with supporting documentation by other providers noting her failure and mistakes.

I have had a few traumatic experiences with dentists in my childhood, and since then, I only go when I have to. Besides not having insurance consistently, it has been few and far between. So I finally have decent dental insurance, came to this office, and WOW!! I am impressed. The staff is very nice and the dentist was so very compassionate. We talked about my worries before she even looked at my teeth. She was very sweet and down to earth.. answered All my questions herself. And then they got a treatment plan ready for me. I also spoke with the hygienist, she is an absolute sweetheart! she was honest about the work I needed, and upbeat that we could get it all done! the staff is very understanding and kind. I would recommend this office to anybody who is afraid of the dentist!! And if you just want a great experience!

I had a dental emergency and my dentist would not fit me in so I called Simply Smiles and they got me in that same day. They were super friendly and got my tooth fixed that day. I will for sure keep going to this place and not my regular dentist. I recommend this place to everyone. Thanks for taking such great care of me.
