My name is Dr. Samuel Bacon, and I am the owner and main general dentist at Simply Smile. Im from Indianapolis Indiana and currently live in Indianapolis. I graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry and Im actively involved with the American Dental Association (ADA), Indiana Dental Association (IDA), Indianapolis Dental District Society (IDDS).
I enjoy helping my patients achieve the smile they have always wanted and restoring their oral health.
