Dr. Simon has many years of experience and skills providing excellent orthodontic care. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine and post-graduate Certificate in Orthodontics from the well-renowned Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. Prior to that, she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the Central University School of Dentistry in Venezuela. She began practicing orthodontics in the Boston area in 2001.
Dr. Simon maintains her skills and continues her education with training in the latest orthodontics techniques. She is also a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontics, and Hispanic Dental Association. Dr. Simon is also fluent in Spanish.
To begin his dental education, Dr. Alkhoury pursued a dental degree from Boston University. After graduating with honors, he moved on to a residency in Advanced Education at New York University that covered Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. He has been recognized by the American Academy of Orthodontists and has distinguished himself from many of his peers by staying updated on the latest dental advancements and pursuing education that lets him provide exceptional treatment. We were patients when dr Chen was there and once he left we were left hanging . We took time off to wait for teeth to fall out and when we went to go back they wanted to charge a consult fee again and manager refused to waive it. The office staff is kind but horrible customer service long term.

Unfortunately, my daughter left today in tears. They put the wrong color of bracket bands on and really didn't help her to understand what was being done and if things are moving along. A frustrating visit with technicians that are new all the time. Ugh!

So-so. Every time we go there, there's a completely Different staff and different orthodontists!! We signed up because we really like the staff we met the first time. Also, they told me the appointment for my son yesterday would be 15 minutes. I had a family emergency to go to but I didn't leave because they said it would be 15 minutes. 45 minutes later, I was still there in the waiting room waiting for my son.

All three of my kids have been patients of Simply Orthodontist. I can't say enough about him and the team! The front desk staff are always helpful and its a pleasure to go there. The entire staff is very welcoming. We are very pleased with the level of service we receive from everyone there.
