Joined the Simply Orthodontics Family at the start of 2022, and we have quickly fallen in love with her since. Smile maker and confidence maker. Believes that bonding is not just brackets to teeth, but also doctors with patients. Can be found hosting Nintendo night competitions with her fiance, CyrusWe dare you to try to beat her at Mario Kart. Bakes cakes that are not only gorgeous, but also taste delicious. Dog mom to two sweet Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Boba date? Shes down for that.
Married her high school sweetheart and is the mom of a kid who loves bugs just as much as unicorns. Will chase you down to pet your dog. Mildly obsessed with Chris Evans. Its okay, her husband knows. Carries bandaids and two types of sunscreen in her purse at all times. Tries to keep up with TikTok as part of her job, but dont ever ask her to dance. Has a craft drawer and cabinet in the office and can whip up a gift basket in a moments notice.
Gives us all eyebrow envy. Asks for all the extra sauces at restaurants and actually uses them. Has an eye for photography and knows all the best angles. Can be a detective after all the crime shows and documentaries she watches. Criminal Minds is her favorite, obviously. Has wanderlust and chooses one new place to explore for her birthday annually. Other than plane tickets, her paychecks go towards her sneaker collection.
We call her Annie. Huge fan of all things Disney and is a proud Legacy Passholder. Luna Lovegood is her kindred spirit. Can probably recite Harry and the Goblet of Fire movie by heart. Expert multitasker and our go-to person if anything goes wrong. Fresh eucalyptus leaves and candles delight her. Prefers savory foods to sweets. Plant mom, cat mom, and now future mom to her first baby due Christmas 2021.
Its probably best she works from home so that we dont hear her arguing (respectfully) with insurance reps about unpaid claims. Mother of the two most well-behaved kids on earth. Owns an Australian Labradoodle named Teddy who, well, looks exactly like a teddy bear. Decorates her beautiful home for every holiday and should be featured in House Beautiful magazine. The cashiers at HomeGoods know her by name.
A huge romantic whose favorite movie is My Best Friends Wedding. Knows all the lyrics to Taylor Swift songs and is not ashamed to say it. Proud cat mom to Savy, a master cuddle bug. Rollerblading queen. Loves the thrill of hiking and feeling like shes at the top of the world. Balances exercise with eating Varsity Burger and pupusas on weekends and salads on the weekdays. Has twenty-five cousins and has epic family reunions.
By far our most easy going team member. A full time student at UCI, but makes time to help us at the office. Volleyball is his favorite sport and played libero position at his high school. No stranger to diving to the floor to save the day. Talk to him about the magic that is K-Dramas and how Kims Convenience is the most underrated comedy on Netflix. Loves sushi and isnt deterred by the fact that some bad sushi left him bedridden for a week.

From the moment I booked online for a consultation to now everything has been seamlessly with SO. The staff is so wonderful, the front desk is friendly, all of the technicians as well! Working with Min and Dr. Shung, and Dr. Naeim are wonderful to work with. Everyone makes you feel important no matter what your financial situation is. Your more than just a "number." I'm very grateful Dr. Shung and his staff were so accommodating with my situation and special circumstances. Yes they are so many dental offices and orthodontists in the area but that doesn't mean they are all the same. Dr..Shung and his entire staff are absolutely incredible at what they do. From Dr. Shung and Min and Annie and Maryam and so many others (too many to nane), each person takes so much pride in their work and they are so professional, so thorough, so detailed, and they find a way to smile and show kindness and patience the whole way through. I've done Invisalign here and both of my children will get their braces done here when they are ready age-wise. I recommend Dr. Shung to anyone in Southern California who is looking for top notch orthodontics.

I have had 3 kids plus myself use Simply Orthodontics and they are awesome. I love them. We always get in and out. Scheduling is simple and flexible. Pricing is clear. They don't try to upsell me on everything every time we go in. And I can trust them. Highly recommended!

Dr Shung and his staffs are all very nice and treated me very well. They understood what I needed and were very accommodating. The office is nice and clean and has all the amenities to keep the office and everyone covid safe

Dr Shung and his staff are amazing! We have been going to his office for 6 years (two kids) and every experience has been excellent. Professional, knowledgeable, clean, friendly and trustworthy. All the things you would want in a doctors office. I can not say enough good things!!

So I never really thought about getting braces/Invisalign because 1. I'm old(er) at 36 yo. and 2. I'm pretty lazy and did not think I was going to be compliant enough to wear trays 20-22 hours a day. That changed when my front two teeth fractured, and it was "now or never." From beginning to end, Dr. Shung's office worked around MY schedule, MY wonky front teeth, and MY needs while giving me clear instructions for next steps. They were honest and transparent re: what I can expect and delivered. 1.5 years later, I have a smile that I love, and I attribute this to my dentist and Simple Ortho. If you're old(er) and have the luxury of work from home, and you're wondering if you should commit - do it. It is EASY to do Invisalign when you're at home 75% of the week. Eating is much easier than carrying around containers and toothbrush/paste, making compliance a snap as long as you follow directions. This group worked through an unprecedented pandemic to provide a clean, safe environment for their patients. Healthcare professionals like them truly do not get the credit they deserve for their kindness and generosity. I'm so grateful for my Invisalign experience. Thank you, Simply Ortho team!

We have been going to Simply Ortho for a few months for my daughter's treatment. From the consultation to all the follow-up appointments, the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was communicated. The clinic is clean, bright, and inviting. They also have an award system for patients to show up on time. They have also been a big supporter of all the local school PTAs and events. Thank you for giving back to the community!

Simply the best! We love the friendliness is the staff and the cleanliness of the office. Dr. Shung is always professional, yet personable at the same time! All 4 of my kids have seen Dr. Shung and his team over the past 6 years. Whenever we are there, we are always greeted with a smile by everyone in the office and the appointments are convenient to book and always finishes in a timely manner.

Dr. Shung and his entire staff at Simply Orthodontics are simply the best! Everyone brings a lightheartedness to their work that makes every visit one to look forward to. The usual nerves I get when visiting any kind of dental office quickly faded after my first few visits. I've referred friends and coworkers to Simply Orthodontics as well and they also have had stellar experiences. I had an excellent experience at Simply Orthodontics. Dr Shung and Min and literally everyone of the staff involved in my Invisalign treatment were friendly, helpful and professional. The level of care for patient safety during covid has been top notch. I felt comfortable and well cared for, at all times during my treatment.

My son and I had a great experience with simply ortho. My son got sick on the month of taking his braces off and I had to reschedule, but they were very understanding and they even sent us a card that says get well soon. I really loved how caring and generous they are. We both love and happy with his new teeth!! I would definitely recommend simply ortho
