Used to be my favorite dental office but now I have moved to a better one. The doctor here always change and as well as the hygienist. They told me that I have cavity and have to do filling on my front tooth but then I checked to the other doctor, she said my tooth is fine, just needs to be cleaned more. So there is something fishy about simply dental.

Update: Like I said before people here are very nice and communication comes a long way. They were able to reach insurance and figure out the problem. They gave me an appointmet and explained what happened. And I'm so glad I stayed with them. The lady on the phone told me that she didn't want to bother me with calls for no reason and that's why she didn't get back. And I truly appreciate that. She apologized for the long turnover and to be honest I felt listen and appreciated by them. I made no mistake on choosing them Nd waiting dor them to resolve the issue. For now, I will give them 1 star and the reason being is that I've been waiting 4 weeks for an answer to an emergency. People there are very nice and I have heard many good things about them. I will update this post in a few days. Reason behind this one star: I had an emergency 4 weeks ago the nice doctor told me all the problems and things I need to get done. I asked them to please start rigth away. I dont have problem paying. They said no, we don't want you to waste money for no reason if you have insurance (completely understandable). They asked me to call them back once I have the insurance. 3 days later when my insurance was active and perfectly fine I called them, give them the number and phone number of the insurance to send a prea-authorization. They told me they will call back when they get an answer. Days and weeks passed by and it was fine and understandable that they haven't reached back. I used to work in an orthodontic office and this things take time. However, I decided to called them to make sure everything was running. The lady on the phone told me that they haven't heard back that her coworker sent the authorization. I called the insurance and to my surprise they don't need a preauthorization, they can send a pre-estimate with real numbers if I need them but don't need a pre-authorization. I called the insurance again with no success, according to them they didn't receive anything. They said no, "they haven't even call. If they call we can tell them if its covered or not and to what percentage". Today I called them again and the same lady on the phone told me a different thing. I sent the pre-authorization myselfby mail. At this point it doesnt matter anymore ( I said that to myself) So I told her, it's ok. All I want is for you to let me know if you guys still want to proceed or if I should go somewhere else. Because and with all due respect, at this point I'm wasting my time. She said: "I did send it" So I told her: Wait, I believe you, but I called the insurance and they said you dont need to send a pre-authorization and that you can call them and they will let you know if it's covered or not and to what percentage. I'm surprised that you guys haven't called. It is upsetting going back and forth with the insurance and your general dentist not knowing whats happening and why it's not being addressed, especially on a situation where an emergency exist. Either way I hope they call back today and explain what happened and why is taking so long. I still think every single one of them are amazingly kind.
