I always have a positive experience at Simply Dental. Office staff is friendly, hygienist is super friendly and knows her job and Dr Bader is the only dentist I don't mind seeing twice a year.

Best cleaning I ever had. Extremely thorough and hey take their time to make sure you are comfortable and that they take care of everything. Had bad experiences at other dentists prior to this and they put my mind at ease. Highly recommend.

Love that there's still a dentist out there not beholden to a giant healthcare concern. The staff is friendly and efficient. I also admire their commitment to safety during the pandemic. The doctor is professional and knowledgeable. It's clear she is an expert and at the top of her game. I'm so lucky my husband found them and enlisted us all to become patients.

This is probably the best cleaning and consultation I've ever had. When I walked in, everyone at reception was friendly and inviting. They sent out reminders to my phone that I had an appointment coming up, and very quickly were able to process my paperwork and get me into a room. There is a friendly, sweet dog that is apparently there sometimes, and I can see how she could calm the nerves of people who are nervous in the dentist's office. Just a warning, even though she loves being petted, DO NOT TOUCH HER EARS. She doesn't like it. Firstly, I haven't been to the dentist in 7 years. Due to this, I began to have some sensitivity in what I thought was my tooth on the lower left side. Sue, the hygienist, was extraordinary. She took X-rays (and they have a digital setup, so the process was fluid and fast, I didn't have to go into another room and she didn't have to change the thing they stick in your mouth in between every x-ray), and then got to work on removing the plaque that had built up. She was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining to me the root causes of the plaque and why it was there despite my habitual brushing, flossing, and rinsing. Now let's talk about the cleaning itself. She used all the tools at her disposal to get all the plaque. She was also incredibly thorough, switching between the hypersonic water blaster thing and the normal tool that scrapes (I do not know the names of these tools, but anyone who has ever been to a dentist knows what I'm talking about). 7 years of plaque buildup isn't easy to clean, and she knew that it was going to be painful for me, especially on the side that I was having sensitivity. To help with this, she talked me through it and applied some de-sensitizing gel on my gums. She also allowed me breaks to relax, and rinse my mouth from bleeding (the bleeding was inevitable). She used her mirrors to show me where the biggest problem areas were, and assessed that the primary cause of my sensitivity was in fact not on my tooth, but in my gums where neglect had caused them to recede some. In an effort to combat this, she gave me 3 different types of special toothpaste, a special toothbrush, and applied a fluoride gel in the areas that were exposed. Literally everything from the beginning to the end of the process was for the benefit of my dental health, and her candor was appreciated. It was an excellent job, and I highly recommend that you go to her if you need some heavy duty work done. It was clear to me that Dr. Bader relies heavily on her hygienists, and for good reason. When the consultation/examination began, she studied my x-rays and spoke to Sue about what she had seen. Following that, she complimented me on my teeth and examined them physically, determining that I had no cavities, no infections, really no problems at all except for the receding gum. With that knowledge, she reiterated what Sue had said, and reassured me that I really didn't have anything to worry about. I also have a little crowding in the front bottom of my smile (I lost my retainer years ago), and offered a referral to the local orthodontist. She was professional and terse, which I appreciate. She did not waste time, asked me specific questions, and spoke about why it was important to continue my good dental habits. I highly recommend Simply Dental. I have another appointment in 6 months, and intend on staying on a regular schedule now.

Great staff. They walk you through every step and explain everything. Not a corporate run office. Everyone their cared about how you feel. They don't push you to do anything you that is not necessary..First time there and I am very happy.

First time visiting simply dental of Monroe I wish have known about it sooner because it's awesome the hygienist let me tell you this lady is freaking awesome excuse my language kind sensitive patience man come on you couldn't want better the dentist is great the lady and the gentleman also great I'll be back first thing in March so if you need a kind dental office stop by Simply Dental of Monroe

Once they get your money,they don't even return phone calls The Drs attitude is worce than awful I would give a lower score if possible ,I suggest you go ANYWHERE ELSE
