My tooth broke today and I called countless dentists. Simply Dental is the only one that picked up. I was checked in and getting x rays in 5 minutes after I walked in. Everyone here is amazing!!

I've only gone once for a cleaning and estimate on future work, but found the staff to be wonderful! I had been with my previous dentist for about 20 years and was very leery about switching to a new one, but after going I know I made the right decision. I'm looking forward to having Dr. Clauss replace my veneers and give me the smile I've always wanted.

Dr. Clauss is extremely rude. I would never do business here. My 3 year old son and I were at a neighboring business and walked around the parking lot and circled a tree in Simply Dental's back parking lot, while walking along the perimeter together. While walking, we both noticed 3 wiggly bricks sticking out of the pattern. We pushed them back in alignment and kept walking. Within a minute, Dr. Clauss quickly approached us, raised his voice and told us to get off of his property and that my son was ruining his bricks. My son was NOT ruining his bricks, even in the slightest. It was very odd and the level of his anger towards a woman and her toddler was very unusual and alarming. I couldn't believe his tone and confrontation in this way. He literally yelled at my son...a stranger yelled at a toddler for looking at a tree. Wildly unacceptable and inappropriate!

Simply Dental has been our choice of Dental care for 12 years. They are so warm and welcoming! Dr. Klauss is knowledgeable and his staff has always done a remarkable job cleaning / assisting with our teeth. In addition, I love that they remember things about your kids, work, etc...

As a family we chose Simply Dental because of their proximity to our home...but we would follow them wherever they go! Their staff is welcoming, flexible, knowledgeable, attentive, and personable (shout out to you Deb!), I can't say enough good things about this dentistry, from the moment you walk in to when you leave. Always concerned, friendly and professional. In an emergency, i had difficult decisions to make, in little time, but was fully informed, and throughout a year long process well supported by Dr. Clauss and the team.

I'd highly recommend John for dentistry work. He is a very knowledgeable dentist and takes the time to explain things to you. His staff is amazing too. From the minute you walk in the door you are welcomed warmly by his staff. Excellent Dentist

Simply Dental does good work as far as cleaning and other dental needs. They were very unprofessional when it came to sending my X-rays to another office. At first they claimed I owed money and they could not send them. Once I requested the bill, there was a zero balance. When asked if they would send the X-rays now, they stated it would be $20 dollar fee. Long story short, I had to reschedule my appointment with my new new dentist. Also, these X-rays were requested 2 weeks prior to my appointment with my new dentist and they responded with all the above hurdles the day of.

I am 73; and for years various dentists have told me they could improve my smile with veneers. I moved to Fishers 5 years ago and in March 2021Dr. Klauss and his wonderful staff created my new smile!! Everyone was very supportive along the way. I felt no pressure and it was up to me to decide if and when. Dr. Klauss even invited my daughters to join me when it was time to decide on the final color. He is very professional, kind and gentle. Abby, Sierra and Debbie could not be any nicer. It is fun to go to the dentist just to see these fun and dedicated professionals. They enjoy the work they do, and it shines through!
