My family went to Woodhaven Dental for years. When the new practice took over we continued for a period of time. Unfortunately, they switched office managers, front desk personnel and their billing office. Needless to say we are no longer patients. They are very unprofessional from their billing office, who has no idea in regard to insurance coverage and allowances, an ongoing issue since March, and now double bills because they have no record that you paid, to their office staff, whose snarky and inappropriate comments throughout this ordeal has not helped. I'm still waiting on a call from the office manager, since at least May. Never again.

I want to start off by saying that I was treated by Woodhaven Dental for over 20 years and when I went for my first visit with the new practice, about 2 years ago I left in tears. The Dr came in with a post it note with about 6 things he wanted to fix. I immediately felt like something wasn't right after going to the dentist religiously for so many years. I decided to get a second opinion at a new place which was highly recommended by a friend and have been there at least 3 times since and haven't had one issue pop up. I felt cheated by this practice, the dr, and sad that they would try to take advantage of me like that. They called me about a year later wondering why I haven't come in and I explained how upset I was and asked them to pass it along but feel it's a lost cause if the drs are cheating people. I left my new dentist today for a cleaning a felt the need to post this considering I never posted a review on my experience. I would highly suggest going somewhere else unless you want to be taken advantage of.

Have been trying to get a simple billing error resolved (wrong address on claim) for over 4 months now and just saw that the claim that was resubmitted is STILL incorrect. There is no way to directly contact the billing office and they do not return your phone calls. Will be reporting this to the BBB as insurance fraud.

My dentist retired and the new owners are horrible and messed up my teeth and told me to go somewhere else after they messed them up and couldnt fix it. Then told me all my bills were paid and now im still getting bills in the mail. Nit very professional especially when it comes to serious procedures.

Beware of getting billed for procedures that were NOT preformed and procedures you pay for in full before you leave. I have went to the office and called, still no response after three months of receiving bills.

Great experience from start to finish. I was seen right away, had a cleaning, X-rays and check up. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn't be happier!

I had an emergency and called for an appointment. Nothing was available but Lisa was so nice to call me when a cancellation happened and got me in right away. Staff is friendly and Drs are so nice

This place is awesome! I've never been fond of any dental offices I've visited in the past, so I'm always skeptical about trying a new place. But this place was amazing! They are extremely thorough and meticulous about explaining every detail in care. You actually feel like you're in good hands. It's a bonus that they are friendly and caring.

The dentist was nice and kind. I felt comfortable with her, and I am always safe with Elaine the hygenist. I have seen her for over twenty years, and since I am very easily triggered, I feel she takes very good care of me. The dentist listened to me, and heard what I was willing to do and not willing to do.

I was long overdue for my 6 month check up due to Covid so I was looking forward to getting my teeth cleaned. When I got home, I couldn't believe the difference. Elaine did a wonderful job. This was the first time I saw Dr. Wang. She was very friendly and thorough. I appreciate the the questions she asked me before and after the exam.
