Comprised of deeply experienced doctors covering a range of specialties and geographies, the Clinical Leadership Team will evaluate, develop, and implement policies and best practices that support clinical care, safety, and quality assurance. They will work with our team of doctors to evaluate technologies and supplies that provide the best clinical outcomes for our patients. Today ( 10/11/22 ) I went to have 2 very small cavities filled on my right side. I knew I had 2 small cavities on the left side that needed to be filled as well. The doctor told me since they were ALL very small I could have them all done today and I wouldn't need any anesthesia since they were small. You would have thought that I hit the Lottery!! I had come to terms about getting the needle in my mouth, but when she said I wouldn't need it. I was EXTREMELY ELATED!!! My appointment was at 8:00 am & I was out of the office at 8:47!!! I have been to the dentist twice a year for 37 years, this is the first time someone took the time to explain to me how to properly floss my teeth. I thought I knew how before, I had no idea. Colleen is an absolute pro. Highly recommend this dentist.

Their receptionist needs training in customer service skills. She gave us a horrendously hard time over a simple issue and I was ready to walk out. I've never heard someone be so snippy to a customer. Her attitude and tone were highly inappropriate. There's no reason to talk to someone like that when we were nothing but respectful to her. I wish I'd read the low star reviews before booking an appointment. Will see if the actual dentist is any good but their receptionist creates such a hostile environment that I don't even want to return.

Very rude. They are ready to argue with anyone. Chipped my tooth a little during a cleaning and I didn't say anything. Now they're still rude and my filling that they recommended hurts more after getting it done. Please don't come here. They need training on how to talk to people. It's a recession. Please show empathy. They are desensitized to people needs. A simple i understand what your going through.

Gave the one in pleasantville a chance. They are terrible. I went there my first time they said I need a deep cleaning and they'll call me back after they send my insurance the paperwork. That was in November. It's almost February I contact my insurance and they say they never received the claim. They called the office and they called me back and said they sent it to the wrong address. I've been waiting months to get a deep cleaning!!!!!!!!! I called the office and lisa or whoever hung up on me. A "mistake on file" has me waiting months to get something done. Get better receptionist

The wait was not long. The staff was professional. I appreciate the dentist us young and loves what she does. I am able to chew again with no pain. The hygienist explained the procedures that were to be performed when I asked. Yes I got a deep clean and was numbed enough to not be in pain. Got a filling too. And all done within 2 hours. 9 -10:40. That is good for me as I don't sit still long. I would recommend this place to others that need to be reassured about their dental needs.

I have been going to Simply Beautiful Smiles since I was a teenager. The experience is always the same....great!!! Love Dr Lisa! And love the staff, especially WANDA and HILDA, they are the bomb!! Always pleasant, funny, and accommodating. Ladies, you rock!!!

I had an appointment for the second part of my root canal (cap) on 1/4/2021 and the office called and cancelled because the dentist called out. I felt the customer service in the approach on the call was lacking. The approach was very hurried, matter of fact and 1,2,3 without apparent consideration of having to cancel on me, potential inconvenience to me, and without a considerate accommodating tone.
