The receptionist was very friendly. The hygenist was horrible, rude and disrespectful. I think she believes she is a Dentist (but only a hygienist). Furthermore the appointment was scheduled for a cleaning - which was refused unless I approved a number of other services - which was not disclosed to me prior or during scheduling appointment. Dr. Chao and his staff were very non professional once asked to identify why services were being recommended and the tactics deployed reminded me of a used car salesman. This is sad, as this practice, prior to changing ownership, was a respectable one. Highly do not recommend this group. Plenty of other respectable practices in the Lawrenceville or Princeton area.

The receptionist was lovely and very friendly. The hygenist took me back right away and did a lot of x-rays without really speaking to me. I think she was very rough and did not in any way make me feel welcomed or at ease. Dr. Chao is intimidating and tried to bully me into having a procedure I did not want to have done. He said my insurance would not pay for the appointment without the procedure. After speaking with my insurance company, I found this to be untrue.

My experience is always great!!!! Dr. Chao and his staff are too notch. They are professional, informative and kind. They always care and do a great job. I appreciate dental care like that. I will be moving soon , but I will definitely keep Simply Beautiful Smiles as my dental office. I highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again - Michael Blue.

I have been going to Simply Beautiful Smiles of Lawrenceville for a few years now, the staff is always pleasant and informative. I saw Robetha today for a cleaning and she was very through at cleaning every single tooth, now I have a sparkling white and clean smile. I always see Dr. Chao for my cleanings, fillings, chipped tooth a root canal and caps. I have never had a bad experience with him or any pain, he is gentle, caring and puts your mind at ease. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a very good dentist.

Front desk was great! Periodontist Great too. Only brief meeting with Dr. Chao since it was my first visit but he was just as pleasant and professional as the rest of the staff.

Office staff are amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I always get thorough cleanings and Dr. Chao is fantastic. I recently moved, so I tried a different practice close to my new home. I almost immediately transferred my records right back to Simply Beautiful! The drive is worth it!
