This is the worst dentist I ever had in my life. 1) he will charge you something you never get serviced. 2) he sent bills this year for 2019 service that I can't identify because of the time. I called them they just ignoring and keep sending the bill to me. SoI called my insurance and will file a complain.

Very limited practice with very limited skills. No practitioners with DEA license to prescribe Vicodin for horrific pain if you are allergic to Tylenol 3 ( codeine which will put me in hospital). Advised to use Tylenol and Advil mix when chart says NO NSAIDS due to gastric bypass. Very limited medical knowledge! Would NEVER recommend. Nice people that can help with nothing! Wouldn't do an extraction or root canal either!

I'd vote this my favorite place before pandemic, but now sad to see it going quickly down hill. Unpleasant staffs, old dirty office and supplies, unfriendly appointment changes, surprising billing charges. A big contrary to a couple of years ago.

Dr Avi is great with teeth and not bad on the eyes either! Three teeth replaced and no pain when the novocaine wore off. The staff works extremely well together, everyone has each other's back.They treated me like family. Very pleased with my new smile!

Just awful. They never told me that they were not excepting my insurance anymore until I got the bill from my insurance company. Office staff is slow and not so nice.

Since Dr Wright has left this place has gone down hill. The staff is rude and uncaring. No dentist available at time of cleaning. They won't give you your full records when you leave after 35 years. They said the notes belong to them and no one else. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Dr Avi Benshetrit performed a root canal on my wife, that day she complained that she was still in pain. She went back multiple times had 4 different xrays including cbct 3d xray his awnser was that the tooth was now fractured, and his recomended for the tooth was to extracted. We asked for a second oppion and the Dr they refered us to discovered the work not only needed to be redone but a 3rd root was never treated, Upon getting this information Dr Avi Benshetri agreed to reverse the charges to the insurance.

I've been going here for years. The hygienist's are gentle, competent and knowledgeable. I feel like they genuinely care about me as an individual and work with me for my best interest.

This place went DOWN hill fast!!! I totally understand that most places are overwhelmed after covid, so I excused the issues I was having, i.e., most of the new people are very uninformative, scheduling is a disaster, they sent 5 text messages for appointments I never made or confirmed, appointments are always double/triple booked and therefore very rushed! My insurance claims weren't processed until 6-8 months later, and there seems to be a lot of confusion every time I go now. I was willing to overlook those inconveniences because I thought a franchise dentist meant that if there ever was an issue or mistake made by the dentist in that practice that they would fix it. However, I got a crown 8 months ago that was made wrong or improperly fitted (a large gap where the tooth ends and and the gum line starts) which was determined by their dentist to be an issue. It's been 2 months and I can't get a straight answer from the office manager (Jamie) or the dentist about how to get this fixed and who pays for it. My concern is the longer I go with this large gap, the more chance there is of creating a bigger problem or infection. I truly don't know what to do. I guess my only other option is to go elsewhere and get the crown re-done by another dentist which I would obviously have to pay for again! I really thought that they would stand by their work, especially since they determined it was an issue, and clearly not something I could have done. I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else but I'm not even sure how to prevent something like this.

Ever since this dentist office changed ownership it has been all downhill. Website doesn't work to pay bill, dentist never checked my teeth, and showed up only to learn they don't have a hygienist for the appointment (called less than 24 hours before and never left a message)

Just need to give thanks to Dr. Avi and Simply Beautiful Smiles for fitting me in within 24 hours and completing a VERY daunting root canal in my first visit- through a bridge! No one else would take me for 3 weeks. In my first call, Linda in reception immediately scheduled me for the next day. Promptly upon arrival, Nikki prepped me and explained what I could expect from a few scenarios once initially examined Dr. Avi then took a look and agreed he could immediately do the procedure. I was given clear treatment, payment, and post-procedure plans. The entire experience was extremely professional at every step. If you need a dentist or endodontist, I highly recommend them!

I needed to get my cracked crown fixed and Linda & the Doctor were great! I'm afraid of dentist & they made it very pleasant. They were very thorough & explained the procedure and took care of getting all the approvals. I highly recommend them!

I've been going here since I moved to DE (9 years +!) and I've always had a good experience. The doctors, receptionists, and hygienists are friendly, professional, and great at what they do. :)
