Went to Dr Goldberg four weeks ago. Needed two fillings replaced. My old dentist retired. They make you sign the payment form while you are sitting in the dentist chair. Real classy.. Dr Goldberg did the extraction but used a dental asst to put the fillings in.. In fifty years, never had nor heard of that kind of service but I get with the flow. Cost me over $800 for two fillings using a dental assistant. Okay. Wasted money. Dr Goldberg tells me, we will try to do a filling but you may need a root canal. Either you do or you don't. I respected his judgement. I am not a dentist. Well two weeks later, the root is dead, I have a cyst on my gum next to the new filling. Now I need to pay $1200 for a root canal from an Endodontics provider plus hundreds more for a crown etc... Never should have done the filling if the root was so bad that within two weeks, a cyst forms from the infected tooth. If you don't questions the professional judgement, you will pay. Robert Costello

Took 2 months to get an appointment the dentist I scheduled with was not there the waiting room was freezing and none of the staff communicated anything I just got up and left total waste of time has and energy. 2 thumbs down!!

Insurance parasites and don't care about patients it's only about the money here..They have you come back a million times for no reason just to charge your insurance multiple times..this hole in the wall, most unorganized, rude staff I've ever came in contact with. If you need any work done besides a cleaning. I'd run in the other direction. I'm telling you this place is trash..they don't give you any information about what you can and can not do when coming in for surgery and they will turn you away no matter the condition of your teeth..

I've been coming to this dentist for over 10 years. The practice has certainly gone through some changes in routine but the service has been consistently decent. My issue is with the one receptionist, I believe her name is Jasmine. I called to schedule a follow up appointment and was surprise at the haste and demeanor of the receptionist. She had an attitude, scheduled my appointment in a rush, and immediately hung up.. no "goodbye".. or "see you Tuesday"..., normal courtesy. After which I received a text reminder for the wrong time. I assumed she was having a bad day and didn't want to say anything but after interacting with her again a few weeks later... it seems that she either hates her job or needs better training. I called to cancel my son's appointment and she had an attitude (as if it was inconvenient for her), gave me a lecture about canceling appointments and then she hung up abruptly again! I'm not sure how she was hired but her attitude is bad for business. If this were my first time scheduling at this office I would be turned off immediately. I have spoken to other receptionists at this office and they all act and sound professional. I hope someone will have a talk with her.

Been going here for years. I've had so much work done and it has always gone well! I've always liked all of the medical and administrative staff so its not easy for me to give 3 stars. But recently when I call there is a newer person at the front desk who's not pleasant to speak to over the phone. She always hangs up abruptly or transfers me without any warning. Either in person or on the phone it seems like she becomes upset if I ask her to do anything other than simply take my money for payment. My doctor cleans my teeth or handles my x rays but this is the person I have to go through to make appointments or ask questions about insurance. Which I did last year. I had to call back at least 3-4x (one call which i simply returned after she called me by accident) over the course of 3 months for updates on my insurance status for something I wanted to get done right away. The calls were so unpleasant and the process so unorganized that I decided to go with a different practice for the procedure. Personally, I've done front desk/clerical work most of my career so I know its not always a good time but I wouldn't take my daily exasperation out on clients. I really don't want to lose the doctors I've had for so long but I might be looking elsewhere.

OMG !!! Love the customer service. love Dr Ping and Ms.Christyna.and Dr Gibson. Front desk crew awesome Very clean Dental office, great team work, most important is that they take pride of what they do. Always consistency and love the passion of the crew. Ladies and gentlemen you all need to come here for Dentail work. The crew won't lie and they will make you feel comfortable and they are honest crew. If your insurance doesn't cover ur procedure they' will try their best to help. That's why I love this place. . Thank you all for taking care of my nice smile. Love Marcus aka Wuwuu.

Excellent care, dubious billing practices. Thet took assignment and are in network with my ins company Had an exam and cleaning. They asked for a credit card which(mistake) I provided. First billed 50$, two weeks later 252$. I have the EOB's from my ins company(and so should they) It plainly states they were paid and that I owe o. The office is giving me the run around. I have filed a complaint disputing the charges with the credit card company and also filed a complaint with the Pa. Ins Dept. Real shame, nice doctors and clinical staff

This is a great place to go. It's close to my house and the doctors and assistants are so nice! My only issue is that I was told by the front desk that they don't do reminders. This is something that should be done especially if you're making your appointment 6 months out. Yes, I wrote it down but the last time I went my appointment wasn't in their system so getting a call or even a text really helps in confirming that my appointment is in their books. Besides that no complaints at all!

The wait times today was horrible, I was called in for a 11am appt they made me wait for 1 1/2 in the car just to let someone else take my appointment then when I asked to speak to the office manager they asked if I wanted to be rescheduled ? Uhhh No... I want the service I've been waiting 1 1/2 for ... horrible service today !

I've been coming here for years and I just recently discovered DR. Andrew DMD. I used to hate going to the dentist before DR. Andrew and still do ; it's just a lot less painful. A co worker referred me to this dentistry because they accept our insurance (Cigna ppo through Teamsters local 115) I'm glad he did. I've had a few fillings done there and deep cleaning to my gums, both went well. They also do orthodontist work I'll l on location

Today was my first visit as a new patient, and when I tell you it was "AMAZING" , I mean it was AmazingFrom the front desk service to the dental work; whereas I've never experienced great service from any other dental place in my 28 years of living lol. If you are looking for a new dentist, you will not regret coming here. They were so helpful, easygoing and most of all professional. This is coming from someone who has a fear of dental offices. I highly recommend!!
