Smiles need no translation; they are the universal language that speaks from the heart. Simply Beautiful Smiles was founded on the simple idea that everyone deserves a great smile. No one relishes going to the dentist for a filling. Or to have a wisdom tooth pulled. Or a root canal. Or to sit through a long cleaning. But who doesnt want the confidence that comes with having a beautiful smile. Our professionals love what they do and it shows. When patients see smiles, they are motivated to improve their own smiles. In fact, we often hear patients say: I want a smile like yours!

Veteran dentist Dr. Louis DAngelo founded Simply Beautiful Smiles in 2000 with a mission of elevating the dentistry experience for both patients and practitioners through a culturally-oriented organization that is patient-centric, doctor-focused and staff-driven. Those pillars infuse every thought process and inform every action we take.

Over the last 20 years, SBS has attracted numerous top dental practices, expanding our family while staying true to our founding values. With more than 25 locations, Simply Beautiful Smiles is now the Delaware Valleys leading dental provider, serving Central and Southern New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and Northern Delaware.

Dr. DAngelo and his family, who continue to manage the organization, are actively involved in ensuring that SBS cultural connectivity continues to thrive, remains united by a common vision and that all team members in their own ways are smile ambassadors.

I have been seeing Dr Alshpach for over 30 years. He is great.. kind, sensitive, and professional. I would recommend him. I know many people that go to him and they are happy as well.

What ever you do stay away from this office. My daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled last year. They never billed our insurance. I call once a week to check status of our bill and the office manager Michelle will never call me back. Finally last week I receive a letter that my account was sent to collections!! My credit will be ruined because they can't do a simple task of billing the correct insurance company or returning a phone call! The nightmare has been going on for over a year.

Went there for regular preventative check-up covered by my insurance. The hygienist told me she's not going to do any preventative cleaning today, as if she does that, it will be a lie to the insurance company that everything is okay and I don't need deep cleaning. So she advised I should come back for deep cleaning. Regular cleaning can't be done on my teeth. However she sent a claim for D1110 code(regular cleaning) that's covered 100% by my insurance. Felt like mis lead and it seems like I lost my insurance benefit even without getting any treatment. Sorry, not going again to this place!

This place has gone extremely downhill since the new management. Incorrect invoices with no follow up and unqualified younger staff with awful bedside manner. Sad to of had to leave after 30 years.

My family has been coming to DofDM for over 10 years and overall they've been good, Very friendly. But lately the quality of service - ESPECIALLY at the front office - has gone down. We get treated to a sassy attitude, eye rolling, smirking and generally making the customer/patient feel stupid and not valued. Just another rude corporate practice now. Sad. It's time to move the family to a different dentist.

This office deserves a big zero. They will not correct billing errors, will not return phone calls and do not know/charge in-network pricing. They are money grabbers that require payment before you leave. I had to call my insurance company to get a credit of $153.00. I also requested that my insurance company investigate this office as they are impossible to deal with and do not care about you at all or providing correct billing-just pay through the teeth.

This office is fantastic. They've always been responsive to figuring out complex issues. Every time I walk in, the staff has been friendly and seem happy. If I did have an issue, the office manager is excellent as well. I've had plenty of bad experiences in NJ with doctors since moving from out of state, but this office has definitely not been one of them.

Worst place ever. I went for cleaning and end up with broken crown. Fractured tooth, and I will lose a tooth. Can't eat on one side and the other side only soft food. And at the end after she ruined my teeth she said you need a specialist! I switch to another dentist and all opinions says I don't need all that work. 6 months with pain. Big mistake if you try to go there.

I had an excellent experience with the oral surgeon, as well as the dental hygienists and staff at this practice. Dr. Bryant was kind and caring. I had an invasive procedure done -- tooth extraction, bone grafting and sinus augmentation. Although it was traumatic, Dr. Bryant did an excellent job. The two hygienists, Laurie Kamm and Brinda Patel, were kind, empathetic and so caring. When they saw I felt distress, they held my hand and even wiped away my tears. It really helped me get through this invasive procedure. The staff at the office all kind and considetate. My one criticism is that I was told that someone would call the next day to check on me, and no one called. Otherwise, I really have only good things to say about this practice. 6 months later-- My bone graft and sinus augmentation were a failure. I did not have enough bone to put the implant in, and now I have to find a completely new solution. I do not recommend this surgeon. I am very upset.

They have had a negative balance owing me $419.00 since may and avoid my calls and e-mail asking for a refund. Not the right way to do business!

I have been coming here for a few years and the main reason is the staff. They are very friendly and informative. Toya, Brinda Patel, Dr Harmon and everyone I encounter here is top notch.

I wish someone warned me about this place. I never have had such a repeatedly bad experience with a dentist. I decided to try them March 2021 and scheduled a cleaning. The first appointment lasted 3.5 hours and was just to get x-rays and charting. The technician was still learning so it took forever and then the x-rays got "lost" in the server. The last 10 minutes of the appointment was the dentist quickly recommending I get a filling and 3 crowns! As the front desk was going over the estimate I wanted to ask the Dr. something as she was walking by but she wouldn't even make eye contact with me. I also had to come back for the actual cleaning with the hygienist which couldn't happen for 2 more months. Left almost in tears but decided to give them another try. I let them place the filling and aggressively replace 2 crowns (all on the same side of my mouth). From that day forward I was no longer able to chew on that side of my mouth due to pain sensitivity. When I went for a recheck, the assistant asked that I remove my crown by myself (temporary cement at that point) with my bare hands. When I grunted in pain, she said at least I inflicted my own pain and not her. When I expressed my frustration to the dentist that I was still having problems after 2 months, the dr. got defensive instead of compassionate. After she left the room, another assistant mentioned I may need a root canal if the sensitivity didn't go away (why was I just hearing about this from her?). I went back one more time and yes the dentist said a referral to an endodontist was the next step. I finally left them to find a compassionate dentist who performed the root canal and under the right care, I am now starting to eat on that side of my mouth after 9 months. I got yet another bill in the mail and when I reached out to billing- I was unable to reach anyone. Well they got my money but I hope they learn even corporate medicine should be more professional than this!

I would leave NO STARS if possible. They have a HORRIBLE Office Manager named Michelle, for more than a year now I've been waiting for her to call me back regarding a refund of $600+ that is STILL due to me for a payment they advise me I had to pay out of pocket that my insurance company actually covered. I've left several emails and made several phone calls to the office and Michelle to date has yet to call me back a year later now. No one can give me the corporate office or Michelle's boss' number. This is unreal!!! I guess it's time to get my attorney involved! - April M Drew

Had the worst experience here. I have been to so many dentist before and have never had such a bad experience. The lady at the reception just wants to get as many people to come as she can. I had to wait for an hour and half just to hear Jackie the hygienest who has an attitude say that she cannot do it!!!!. Though I have history of plaque no hygienest has ever Said that they will not do a general cleaning. JACKIE is the first one to say that with the worst smirk on hey face. Ridiculous ! after making me wait for 90 minutes. The only nice person I met there was an Indian dentist maybe..who actually took the effort to come out and talk to me. She was patient and courteous. she should maybe take a crash course for all the other RUDE STAFF there!!!!.

My visit today for my final crown replacement went great. From the minute I walked into the office to the conclusion of my visit, I am treated like an old friend. The staff are professional and friendly at the same time. Regina, Brittany, Chelsea, Tania, Liz and of course, Dr. Forrester made this a great visit through their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail. Keep up the great work!

Have been a patient with this practice for 35 yrs. since a pre-teen! I wouldn't of stayed this long if I wasn't given the best care I could receive. From cleanings, tooth colored fillings, fractures, root canals, dental guards and trays, cosmetic veneers and whitening, I have had it all done with only them. The care is excepional, as I have been taken care of by all the Drs.in their practice at one point or another as they are extremely accommodating! Late hrs.til' 8:00 pm.and Saturday appts.are fabulous! The staff is kind and courteous, and feel like family. They also offer payment plans. The only negative is that they don't accept ALL insurance plans, like the dental plans given to patients that are Disabled, the Elderly, and the Poor who receive Medicare or Medicaid, hence the payment plan they do offer. I choose to stay because of the quality and expertise they perform, despite having to pay full out of pocket higher end prices. Dentists who do accept Medicare in my experience, were awful, dirty, and quite inexperienced, unlike the DOCTORS OF DENTAL MEDICINE! They are worth the out of pocket prices I pay, knowing I have peace of mind, and the top notch quality of care I am given, and content in knowing that each and every visit I have, I will be given the best care that is available!!! Much love and appreciation for Dr.Alspach, Dr.Meade, Dr.Forrester, all the dental hygienists, and the staff that work so hard. Have yet to be treated by the new Dentists recently added, but yes, I highly recommend this practice, and NO, I was not compensated for this review, LOL! Just stating the facts! Thank you, Robbin G. Great work. I had probably the best experience at a dentist office, ever. I came in do to a root canal tooth that had a cap that just would not stay. The prior dentist i am so fed up with. I was recommended this office from my mother and I am glad I came. The staff was great and friendly. Dr. Harmon was great as well. She was very thorough and went over everything with me; between prices, steps to take, why the cap is routinely falling. Her assistant Dr. Patel was great! She is very empathic and treats you like a person and not just a patient. Everyone who helped me was at their best. Good job all around!
