I would 100 percent recommend this office. I absolutely loved my doctor & her assistant! Very clean and professional. I was in and out with no issues!

I recommend that no one use this office . I went there for Dental work did a consultation. First they took unnecessary X-rays even though I had X-rays done by my previous Dentist who I had been going for 15 years but had to switch to this one because my husbands insurance changed. I never had any issues with my teeth from my previous dentist. At this office the Dentist Kavitha Konanur looked at my x rays and said that I needed deep cleaning done. I asked the front desk how much it would cost me out of pocket. They got in touch with my insurance and said that I had to pay them 407 dollars upfront for work to be done. I paid them got work done. After that the other dentist came to see me and said that I needed more work done. I did not believe her so I told them that I would come back later, thank god I did that because I found out that I never needed it. After a few months they sent me another bill for 450 dollars . When I asked the office why, they said your insurance only covered so much which was not true. Not only did they keep sending me the bill but sent it to a collection agency which ended up on my credit report. Finally I had to pay them to clear my credit report. This whole thing made me loose my trust with Dentists. This office is a shame to the Dental profession.

I wish I could give negative stars to the "Simply Beautiful Smiles" group. This is the most inept management organization. They took a great practice with great dentists and staff and ruined it. I paid my Orthodontic fees over three years ago, on time and in full, and the completely incapable takeover of the the most incompetent group humans can't figure out where my payments went even though the office staff has confirmed that my payments were made in full and on time. So instead of looking, "Simply Beautiful Smiles" turned it over to collections and reported to the credit bureau. Steer clear of this place. After 2 decades as a patient, I won't be going back.

I visited for my annual dental exam as a new patient. First, they took a ton of detailed x-rays without ever mentioning in advance. I'd recommend starting your visit from asking what exactly is going to be done, what's the plan and what's the cost. Second, after the visit was over I asked for my treatment plan to be sent via email. They promised to do so, yet it's been a month and I am yet to see it despite calling their office twice to remind. Third, they ask you to sign that the privacy / data policy has been provided -yet they never really provide you with the actual policy :) I didn't sign - nobody cared. Speaks volumes about how seriously they take your personal data. Switching to another practice for my next visit.

When I went here for a checkup they did xrays because my 12 year molars never fully grew in & I was 18. The orthodontist that saw me that day was very insensitive. First he said we had to remove my wisdom teeth bc they were stopping my molars from growing & one of my molars were impacted. He suggested to fix the impacted tooth that one of my teeth get pulled out & get braces to push my teeth forward. It didn't make sense bc there wasn't anything wrong with any of my other teeth I would prefer to pull out the tooth that actually had t the problem. The only other option was too expensive. I was clearly scared & when I asked him which tooth he would have to be pulled he said he wasn't sure. In fact any time I asked him a question about it he answered every time with "I'm not sure". I was scared because I didn't want any of my front teeth pulled, I asked him about that too, he said he wasn't sure . So I got more scared. & it's not like he didn't know I was upset i was Shaking & I said that I was scared.He left the room. The second he left I cried, I was left in the room for half an hour . Apparently no one told me the appointment was over. I now have a fear of going to the dentist thanks to that orthodontist. The orthodontist that removed my wisdom teeth was good tho.

Don't have insurance but their rates never kill me. Also have a wonderful staff no matter who I've seen there and they don't take advantage of you

Was told they accept our insurance ,even told them what insurance before visit. Went to appointment and showed insurance. ( Never said they didn't accept my insurance) My daughter had X-rays taken the doctor comes in and says oh we don't except your insurance. And charged us $302.00 for the X-rays. What kind of dentist does this. Waisted time and money. I feel they new all along about the insurance and just wanted the cash. I think I'm going to file a Complaint with the BBB.

I have a really bad dentist phobia, had to have a tooth pulled, was all but in tears ,Dr Minah and her staff made me unbelievably at ease ,she is a awesome Dr explained everything took great care of me , now I'm brave enough to go back and let Dr Minah bring my smile back ,thanks everyone ,

My mother is in a memory care facility and I needed her partial adjusted while I was in the area. Dr. Patel and his staff made room for her in a busy Saturday schedule and took care of the problem immediately. My brother and I felt we had won the dental lottery that day! I highly recommend this place. The service was professional, kind, and excellent. Thank you, Dr. Patel!

I would highly recommend this office. The staff were all friendly, professional and took their time explaining what they were doing and why they were doing it. Cindy was fantastic and was very gentle and thorough! She gave me tips on how to keep my teeth and gums healthy! They made me feel relaxed and I already scheduled my next visit in 6 months!

They used to be amazing most of the good dentist left. The last one was so aggressive with my 6 yr old. I have been coming to their office for over 13 yrs and officially will never return after the last 3 appointment have been so horrible.

I have been to this dentist two times. The first visit they took x-rays and the dentist read them and said they were no issues and had my normal cleaning everything- was fine. A great hygienist by the way. Jump ahead six months a different dentist at the practice looks at the same x-rays from 6 months before and now I have to have a lot of stuff done- like 3 separate things - EVEN before she looked in my mouth. I question the second dentist how do 2 dentists at the same practice can both come up with different explanations. She did not like I questioned her. The dental assistant was in the room the entire time so witness the entire conversation. Dentist #2 took extra pictures and tried to explain to me and it didn't make sense. I told her I am not a dentist. I wanted another opinion. NOTHING!!!! I then reached out to the office manager by email ( I got a survey). I have tried three times to talk to the office manager and will not get a phone call back. I simply wanted a third dentist somebody completely new and experienced dentist to look at my x-rays and tell me who was right Dentist #1 or 2? I have talked to 3 different receptionists when I called. The office manager won't call me back.
