Trash so disappointing putting a pretty girl in the front does not make your craft any better the dentist is short and tide and not that good at all filling came loose in Just one week

Best dentist we have ever been to. My father is 66 and has really bad teeth. The dentist was kind, honest and very very good. My father said this was the best experience he has ever had with a dentist. I highly recommend coming here!!!

I have had a ton of dental work throughout my life and I've never been to any office that works to make you comfortable as much as Simple Smiles. Not only are they big on educating you and letting you know all your options without being alarmist or trying to scare you into treatment, they are really kind and accommodating and want to understand your goals. Their equipment is modern and up to date (who knew X-rays didn't have to be uncomfortable and painful?!) and they even have tvs on the ceilings so you can watch whatever you want on Netflix while you're getting work done. They really consider your experience, even down to applying lip balm on throughout your treatment so that you don't leave with super dry, chapped lips. I have been extremely pleased with my experiences here and am so happy I found them.

Have been a patient at Simple Smiles for 3 years and always have had a great experience...until now. It has now been 6 days since I visited with office with an emergency tooth issue, and no one has called to let me know what treatment plan is going to resolve this issue. A front office employee was going to check with insurance to see how much of a crown would be covered and would call me as soon as it was determined. This was 6 days ago and still no contact from this office. This is shows how little importance I am to their business and will be making a change for my future dental healthcare. Very disappointed in the lack of follow-up or concern shown.

Finally found a great dentist after moving back to Colorado for a year. Originally called around asking for help ASAP because my husband's crown fell off and Dr Huyen was able to squeeze him in before the weekend. The entire staff is friendly and very professional. Listening to both my husband's and my concerns regarding our teeth and our goals. We knew we needed some major work done since we've neglected it since the pandemic, they laid out all pricing before we booked an appointment for crowns, deep cleaning. Don't let the building exterior fool you! The minute you walk in you can see the modern clean interior! They also have some new technologies I haven't seen in my previous dental offices.

This is the best dentist I've ever been too, bar none. Dr. Huyen and her team are phenomenal. They are through, kind, and reasonable. I highly recommend them, particularly if you are someone who is scared to go to the dentist.

Finding a new dentist can be intimidating but here they make you feel you've always been going there. The Dr. is really kind and makes you super comfortable. The hygienist are both extremely kind like I haven't experienced at any other dental office I've been to - I wanted to have Olivia again for my second visit because of how amazing she was but found having Brooke for the second visit that she was just as amazing. I can see why they have the ratings they do. Everyone is professional, kind and does a great job. Thank you!

This is the first dentist that I have gone to that has made me feel comfortable. They make sure to give the most comfortable and friendly experience possible. The people there take the time to actually get to know you, and really take their time with you. I would definitely recommend this dentist to any one. If you're looking for a friendly, judgement free, caring dentist, this is the one for you.

The office staff is friendly, the office is clean and Dr Hoang is amazing! I've had great experiences with cleanings, exams, and extractions and have been very happy with my experience at Simple Smiles.

Awesome super friendly staff all around! Never had such an exceedingly amount of focus to comfortability while being worked on. They are so insightful and helpful to what you think may be best for your treatment! Will be recommending to any and everyone

So I heard great things about this place but only one out of 5 people that i interacted with were actually nice to me (the dental hygenist), most seemed like I was a bother just existing. They tried to have someone polish before scaling my teeth because they were short staffed I think was the reason and I asked for them to polish the inside of my teeth like I'm used to at other places after scaling but I guess asking things here doesn't go over well Oh and I asked a question about the gum measuring process and the doctor thought I was questioning her being good at her job (??) So I got a letter telling me not to come back. Maybe everyone was having a really bad day, but it definitely made me pretty uncomfortable and my day got a bit worse too Owell.....I tried it

I haven't been to the dentist in 16 years. I was nervous and embarrassed to go, but everyone here was so incredibly kind and made the experience so enjoyable. I can't thank them all enough.

Definitely get a second and third opinion before settling on a treatment plan. There are no regulations and many dentists will come up with problems to use as much of your insurance as possible. While my treatment seemed well and the staff was mostly friendly, I have doubts that my teeth had as many problems as they claimed. Not to mention they missed a very obvious cavity. Edit: A few months later, I now have several areas on my teeth that are extremely sensitive and may need fillings/work again even though the "issues" were supposed to be taken care of. Really disappointed with this place.
