I had a tooth that broke and was in horrible pain. From the moment I walked in everyone from reception, to the nursing staff and Dr. Grooms himself went above and beyond to keep me comfortable and calm. I didn't have to wait long before being seen. The x-rays were done first thing and within 15 minutes Dr. Grooms came in and talked to me about my concerns and what needed to be done. I was so appreciative of all their help and support. There was no judgement no guilt just compassion and good conversation! Hopefully I won't have to go back lol but if I ever have an issue again I won't second guess on where to go. Thank you all so much! *I'm the lady in the pink hoodie with cuss words, haha. Thank you all so much for everything

Worst costumer service, not professional at all. As you can see this place offers walk ins, urgent care, which you would think would be like a normal urgent care for sickness etc. however when calling the lady at the front desk was not helpful, and slightly rude. When asked I can make an apt or just walk in, which would be better (trying to be helpful) she said walk in if you want to be seen, appointments aren't available until the end of December. She then says the doctor is not in this morning taking his son to a doctors appointment, so she proceeds to push me away to come another day because I would have to come in person to get my name and I number but I won't be seen till 2pm today she said "I would then get your name and number now at 8am and tell you to come back at 2pm. I proceeded to tell her I have a newborn baby 2 days old and I don't want to drive there for her to get my name And number and her send me home till 2pm, she said we can't take your "number to hold your spot" over the phone it has to be in person because you might not show up at 2pm so I would recommend you coming tomorrow at 8am in person and be the first one at the door, I said would you still send me home till the afternoon and she said yes, I said I'm confused as to what the difference between today and tomorrow and she said because I wasn't in person at the front door at exactly 8am...(it is 8:10am and I offered to come now)...Very confused how this girl can really honestly be so rude on the phone, and try turning patients away because she didn't want to work this morning. And this rule? How is this logical? With a broken bleeding tooth and mouth, it didn't matter what the problem was. This is crazy!

There amazing people thank you guys for amazing job and god bless I recommend anybody to go to you guys y'all are amazing and the dentist was amazing made me feel comfortable prices are very reasonable price and the staff is amazing I will most definitely be back for all my dental work

Went and had 2 teeth removed they were really nice I'm always scared when it comes to dentist would highly recommend this place..I won't go to another if I ever have more dental problems

I had put off having my tooth pulled for 2 years out of fear! I had heard great things about Dr. Grooms and decided to bit the bullet and go today. I was greeted with a very friendly, knowledgeable, empathetic staff. Chloe was by my side the entire time. Dr. Grooms was excellent. He took the time to review my X-Rays, inform me of the procedure, and talk to me on my level. When it was time to begin with the Novocain, I felt a small burning sensation once, and nothing more. This was highly suspect lol I thought it had to hurt to work, but it doesn't! He pulled the remainder of the 2 teeth that held a double crown, and the big molar behind it on top. All I felt was some pressure and heard some cracking, but he pulled the teeth quickly and with ease. I will be returning for more work. They don't take insurance, however, for routine visits etc. Chloe told me they have a sister facility in Newport that accepts insurance. If you are suffering in pain, and afraid to go to the dentist..Go see Dr. Grooms. You can thank me later :)

I am so thankful for Dr. Grooms and his wonderful staff !!! The entire team is very kind , the prices are affordable, and the office is very clean.

This place is Awesome! I brought my son here to get a tooth pulled because he doesn't have dental insurance and all the dentist in Johnson City wanted $340 for an exam and extraction! like who can afford that? He loved all the people that work here,!

I had several procedures done( a few months ago) at Simple Dental in Morristown, TN. I had a root canal on my front tooth, which had broken off, and the tooth was built up and bonded. It was totally painless, much cheaper than I expected, and looks great! I also had an extraction, again-painless, and the cost was super reasonable! Lastly-I had a procedure to cut out parts of an old tooth, and old root canal pieces, by opening the gum. I repeat- PAINLESS, Very Reasonably Priced, all due to such a skilled dentist. He is kind, and greatly skilled, explains thoroughly!! The staff was so sweet, too! THANK YOU Simple Dental!!

Staff was very rude and unprofessional. Went in as an walk in, walked right back out because was told they were too "busy" with 2 people in their lobby. Urgent walk in is a joke. You'd be better off going to the e.r. to get some sort of relief. This place is a joke, a back ally hog wash of a place. Wouldn't bring my worst enemy to this place.

I definitely recommend Simple Dental. Everyone there was so professional. I had to get a wisdom tooth pulled and they made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel a thing. I will definitely be going back

Dr. Grooms and his staff were exceptionally nice made me feel comfortable. I am definitely a weak person when it comes to dental and it was a great experience. 1 week post after tooth extraction and feeling great. I will definitely go see them again if something was to happen that I need services again. Ps. I drive 1 hr and 45 minutes because of the cost where I have no dental insurance at the moment and I would definitely do it again!

It was the best experience i have had . Him and his staff makes you feel so relaxed knowing some of us have a fear of dentists. I would recommend him to anyone he's affordable and also really good at his profession.

Got a tooth pulled today and it was such a pleasant (considering) and smooth experience! Dr.Grooms and his dental assistant, Chloe was so good to me! I currently don't have dental insurance so the extraction was affordable. Even if I had insurance, I would consider paying cash just to have the same experience. I feel so much better! Thank y'all

Dr Grooms and his nurse, Mary, are the dream team! I am usually terrified of Dentists but Dr. Grooms and his staff went out of their way to make sure I was calm and relaxed throughout the entire visit. Absolutely my best dental experience and quite possibly the best dental team, ever. Thank You Steve Foster

They staff is very friendly. The dentist great he explains everything before he does the work on your teeth. I went on Monday and he gave me options I was back in Friday getting my work done. The shots wasnt bad at all.
