Dr. Ross Simonds is a 1999 graduate of Loma Linda School of Dentistry, earning the #1 position in clinical experience and competency. Dr. Simonds is passionate about providing dentistry to those in need. He has provided missionary dentistry to patients in the Amazon Jungle, Africa, Mexico, Haiti and the Islands of the South Pacific, as well as free dentistry to families here in our own community. Dr. Simonds has also continued his education through hands-on courses dealing with the most useful, up-to-date technologies and techniques. Dr. Ross Simonds is a member of the Academy of Sports Dentistry, American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association and Spokane District Dental Association.
Dr. Amanda Roper is a 2007 graduate of Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. Dr. Roper and Dr. Simonds share their commitment to excellence in dentistry and provide care to those in need. Dr. Roper is a native of Hayden Lake, Idaho and has been a wonderful addition to Simonds Dental Group throughout the past eight years. Dr. Roper is a member of the American Dental Association.
Dr. Enoch Ross is a 2005 graduate from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. He grew up in southern Oregon and attended college in eastern Washington. He recently moved back to the Pacific Northwest after practicing dentistry in Alaska for 14 years. Dr. Ross is passionate about providing high quality dentistry in a comfort focused environment. Throughout his career, he has attended numerous continuing education courses as part of his commitment to providing exceptional care for his patients. As part of his commitment to helping people in need, Dr. Ross has provided mission dental care to patients in Grenada, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Peru and Saipan. Dr. Ross looks forward to using his skills and experience to improve the oral health of the community served by Simonds Dental Group.
Dr. Danielle Halverson attended dental school at Loma Linda University. After spending the better part of a decade in Southern California, she was happy to move back home to Spokane with her husband, PJ. Dr. Halverson is passionate about exceptional dentistry and is always striving to go above and beyond for her patients. She has also served those in need on missions to St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines and locally in community health.

Best dental office ever!!! That last review was far from accurate! You will appreciate all the Covid precautions this office takes from social distancing, hand sanitizers and required masks for patients and all staff members in the waiting area. When you are brought to the back office there are air filtration systems in each room, temperature/blood pressures checks and health history updates! I love that each clinical staff member is required to double mask! The sterilization methods are top notch and doctors and staff are friendly and highly knowledgeable! Their goal is to make you feel comfortable and leave feeling confident that you have been taken care of!!! Highly recommend!!!

I can not say enough about how much I love going to Simonds Dental. My family and I (2 teenage kids) have been several times since the Pandemic and I can assure everyone out there that they take every precaution to protect everyone who comes in. I have never seen anyone in the waiting area or front dest unmasked. They go above and beyond to make us comfortable. My daughter(14) needed 2 fillings and has some pretty severe anxiety about dental work. They allowed me to go back with her, covered her with a sanitized warm blanket and waited patiently til she was ready. She ended up laughing and saying it didn't even hurt! I highly recommend them. They are the reason I smile confidently!

People can wear masks or not in the waiting room. People were closer than 6 feet in the waiting. The 2 receptionist were not wear masks to protect the patients. I cancelled my appointment right at the sign in desk because I didn't fell safe. I'm sure the back part of the office had masks on, but I didn't feel comfortable in the germ filled reception area. I don't think I will return if "people can chose " to wear a mask or not. Those of us with pre- existing issues, mine is Stage IV cancer, need to feel safe. There is more thought towards personal safety at Costco then this dentist. Stay safe & speak up!!
