The doctor and the staff have been great, they are extremely patient and caring. The day I had an emergency, they helped me right away. I am glad a friend recommended me with Dr. Kaswan.

I went to this dentist to have only one tooth done, either with filling or with crown. After examination and x-rays he told me that ALL my teeth need to be fixed, and it will cost me over $30,000. I objected and told him that I even had a crown done on one of my teeth recently, so how it is possible that ALL my teeth are bad. He said that that tooth was bad too, and he can do ALL my teeth, or he will not do anything, and I can find another dentist. This dentist wants only big money, or he is not going to work on you. Going to this dentist was a horrible experience.

Julia Fernandez has being doing my dental cleaning and she is so professional. She takes her time and leaves my teeth very clean. She does it very gentle. I love the office and the professionalism of everybody at that place. I recommend it

Would leave zero stars if I could. I got my biannual teeth cleaned in Nov 2021. I expressed concern that I had not been flossing enough and dr suggested I come in for cleaning 3 to 4 months to compensate. I asked in Nov 2921 if this was covered and I was told it was. Now today I am here for a cleaning and they ambush me saying i owe cash for the cleaning because it has not been 6 months between. Obviously if I can get my teeth cleaned 2 months from Boe for free, why would I pay over 100 for cleaning. They waste my time. Additionally, there are many places that will do a cleaning for 50 bucks. Rip off cash price as well. Steer clear! response to owner response - 1. called my insurance and verified i have coverage 2. reiterating that i was turned away sating that my insuance wont cover another cleaning until 6 months from my last cleaning nov 2021. this is not my insuance policy. the doctor does not even bother to verify the coverage for the paiteint before they come in, depsite the patients proactiveness before making the apointment and patient sking for insuanrce to be verified 3. owner (sion) told me that he does not have time to verifiy insurance before the client comes in. yet, the client( myslef) received several calls, emails, and texts to confirm my appointment so the doctor has a full schdule and makes his money. 4. market price for a cleaning in my county is a lot lower than his price. i coud have been a fool and paid him cash for an insurance covered policy. to add insult to injury, i would have overpaid for the cash cleaning price. market price for a cleaning ( without dental disease) is less than 100 bucks. owner charged my insurance last year for a cleaning, now he wanted e to pay over 100 dollars for an covered procedure. 5. i spoke to staff to make sure no porblems or wasting my time before i arrived today. was advised no problems. this was a lie, resulting in me wasting an hour of my time SUMMARY - it is obvious that a doctor whom spends hours of his time and staff time chasing down clients to confirm they will show up for their appointments - yet doesn't bother to verify their financial responsibility is not a doctor whom cares. all i anted to do was have my teath cleaned - which is covered under my plan - yet the staff told me i would have to pay cash as my plan did not cover cleanings

Been a patient since the office opening. And even do for most of us is not a place that we enjoy going ( Dental Office) Kaswan Dental is!! They are friendly, welcoming, nice, very clean office and very knowledgeable keeping updated and educated. For me is my go place, will always be and I invite you to try it too. Thanks to all the staff!!

I just hang up the phone with them discussing a $1500 balance due to the staff not submitting the claim to the insurance before my insurance was expired, even though I told them that anything related to the treatment needed to be completed before April 30th. They agreed. Weeks after, we received a balance on the account because they missed to submit the proper documentation to the insurance on time, and now they want to charge the client. Even though we confirmed that there were no balance due during our last visits confirming that everything was covered by the insurance. I recommend that if you go to this office through your insurance, make sure that you do all processes (pre-determination letter is super important) take ownership and responsability that everything works smoothly with your insurance and know exactly what THEY are doing and charging. Do not let them work on you before you know EXACTLY what is your payment responsability, they love to get money for the insurance and the client all at the same time. They don't seem to know how to work with insurance companies or they take advantage of the situation, plus, they work TOO slow (office staff) If you don't want to go through a headache like I did, I recommend you to go to another dental office and set your boundaries since the beginning, these doctors never work for the benefit of the client, they all want is the $$$$$ no matter what. Unfortunately, two clients lost! Never coming back!.

I was looking for some cosmetic periodontics work and found Dr. Kaswan through my health insurance carrier. Karen at reception was very friendly and easy to interact with as we discussed my wishes, the offices services and other preliminaries for the first visit. She had phoned me to offer an earlier appointment time as I literally was driving by. I found Dr. Kaswan to be very honest with me by sharing that I was not a good candidate for the procedure and the process was extremely costly, painful, and evasive and if I were to move ahead with the procedure, he would decline the work because it would not be fair to me. I was not happy with this determination but had heard it twice before from other dentists. He said my smile is beautiful and advised me on the best dental care for my present conditions and we also discussed a promising appliance option, he agreed to research this and get back to me. I truly appreciate the honesty Dr. Kaswan expressed and how well he and Karen treated me in all areas we interacted. This office has bilingual staff, the waiting area is comfortable, this office is on Ives Dairy just west of I-95, and there's plenty of free parking.
