Best dentist I have ever been too. Entire staff is kind, process is always quick and easy, and, as someone who isn't a fan of going to the dentist, every visit is always very comforting and anxiety free!

Expect to have the receptionist call and tell you a different appointment time that doesn't match what is written on your reminder card. After you call her out on her attempt to gaslight you, you are either stuck with the new time or you will have to reschedule a new appointment for a few months out through no fault of your own. The office organization is terrible. They do not take into consideration the patient's work schedule or commute when they do this. This has happened multiple times. It's enough of an inconvenience to want to leave the practice for a different dentist. The services rendered however are great. Dr. Nyguen and the hygienists are fantastic. If this was a review regarding scheduling I'd give 0 stars, but because the service is good I'll give 3 stars to round out my opinion.

The office staff is very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Nguyen is very personable and takes the time to explain the procedures thoroughly. He makes the normally uncomfortable situation of needing dental services less stressful. I couldn't be more happy with my experiences there.

Dr. Nguyen has been my dentist for 3-4 years. I am treated with the upmost respect and consideration. Their staff is invested and professional. My oral health has improved tremendously. Whereas I used to avoid and procrastinate making dental appointments. I now feel blessed and privileged and look forward to all scheduled appointments. I brought my father-in-law in because he had a toothache for two weeks or so and can't stand it anymore. They took pictures and tell him to come back two weeks from that day for a deep cleaning. The next day I had to take my father-in-law into a Dental urgent care in West Chester. They also took pictures and found the tooth has cracked in half. We decided to pull the tooth for around $400 with anesthesia and a x-ray now he is good as new. Whoever goes to his place you got to take what Simon tells you with a grain of salt or just go to Dental urgent care. If your tooth is cracked in half and is in unbearable pain why would you wait two weeks to come back just to get deep cleaning? makes no Flippin sense to me. We will never ever ever never come to this dental office ever! They see you vulnerable and they take advantage of the situation to milk insurance company and you for as much money as possible while you're still in pain.

When my 83 yr old mom was complaining of pain when chewing soft food I was very worried. Being 98lbs she cannot afford to lose any weight. She went to see Dr. Simon Nguyen for the first time & he was able to see that she had tissue loss & her dentures no longer fits properly. He is knowledgeable, professional made mom feel very comfortable & now able to chew food pain free. I don't know how much life she has left but sometimes we all need a little help from someone like Dr. Simon Nguyen to put a smile on our faces.

This was my first visit. Everyone was extremely nice. The dental hygienist who did my cleaning was very thorough and knowledgeable. The doctor made me feel very comfortable. Office is clean and bright and the receptionist is courteous and friendly. I found my dentist!

My family LOVES Dr. Nguyen SO very much. He is fantastic with my daughters, ages 13 and 3, as well as my husband who "doesn't like the dentist". Dr. Nguyen did an extraction for me several years ago, and several fill ins. Everyone at his office is wonderful!!

The best dentist by far I have went to. All around great service. From the front desk to Dr. Nguyen. Always professional, kind and competent in the care they provide. I would highly recommend this group.
