Dr. Simmons is a member of the American Dental Association, The American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, The Maryland State Dental Association, The Maryland Mid Atlantic Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, The Harford-Cecil Dental Society (Past President) and is affiliated with the Department of Surgery at The Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland .
Dr. Simmons and his wife, Kathleen, are the proud parents of four sons, Anthony, Marco, Giancarlo and Luca. He was selected by Baltimore Magazine as one of the Best Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in the Baltimore metro area. Dr. Simmons enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and other interests include playing the piano, golf and attending various sporting events.

Very personal , professional and polite. Office is very clean and organized. I had minimal discomfort when he was numbing my upper jaw and cracked tooth.

My son had all 4 of his wisdom teeth removed here. I can't express enough how comfortable they made all of us feel with the procedure, what to expect post op and long term healing. The entire staff, from the first call to the post op appointment were 10/10. I would recommend this office to everyone. Having dental surgery can be a very scary time, I don't know how they did it, but my son wasn't scared at all, and that's amazing. Thank you for everything.

I was nervous for months coming into this, but doing the iv sedation, made the time fly and I didn't remember pretty much anything. Staff is all very professional and wooing recommend to anyone for any dental work. Don't be nervous, they got you covered!

Dr. Simmons and his team are amazing! They made me feel so comfortable with my procedure and recovery. They even called to check up on me after my procedure. I have bad anxiety around dental procedures so the kindness of him and the rest of the team was very reassuring. I really like the way Dr. Simmons explains things- I understood all the risks and what to expect. I would 100% recommend this practice to anyone!

They got me in immediately for oral surgery on a badly broken and infected tooth. Everyone in the office made me feel more comfortable than I EVER have in a dentist's office, which I really appreciated!!!! The price was very reasonable and Dr. Simmons had the tooth out in about 30 mins and I felt nothing and am healing great!!!!

Dr. Simmons was awesome and friendly ! He has many years of experience and I went through a smooth surgery. So was Andrea (sorry if I misspelled), and the receptionist Donna. Everyone there is kind. You can tell that they really care and they ensure you are comfortable. I would highly recommend everybody to go here if they need oral surgery.

Had a appointment a while back,was there for 2 hours.They seemed to have forgotten about me. Made another appointment at 1:00 yesterday. Got there at 12:27.Waited til 1:15,Canceled the appointment.Was told the appointment was for 1:15,,,,,,,,,,,appointment card plainly stated 1:00
