If have 0 star I will do. Terrible customers service. Should change a receptionist. Dr Silertein Lee should know about it. Hes lose money and customer cuz this receptionist.

I yaha been going to Dr Silverstein for years. He is a great surgeon, but there is something missing with his accounting. After paying what his staff tells me is due, I always get a bill 3-6 months later stating I owe $300-$600 more. I had an appointment for Feb 7, but due to the staff not giving me the correct prepplist, I had to reschedule for March.

I had a tooth break after hours and I called Dr. Silverstein and left a message, not expecting to hear back until the following day. Dr Silverstein called me right back and squeezed me into his packed schedule first thing for the following day! Not just treated with the utmost of kindness and professionalism, but more like a family member. Thank you Dr. Lee Silverstein

Dr. Silverstein: I had to cancel my surgery last week (which was scheduled over 4 months ago with your practice) because I've been quoted so many different amounts for my pre-authorization estimates from your practice who can't seem to figure out my dual insurance coverage so I left three different messages for you to call me back since I've been given amounts ranging from $0 out of pocket to $5000. However, you haven't bothered to return any of these messages or address my concerns since my request for a return phone call last Monday (almost 2 weeks ago). I'm now glad that I didn't trust your practice with this surgery and that I questioned what I was originally told by your office staff as far as costs. Terrible service.

Dr. Silverstein Lee and his staff are just wonderful! Always friendly, professional and competent. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Silverstein. Not only is he an amazing periodontist, but he's down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and has a great sense of humor. I had to have a lesion removed from my cheek and this was my first time having oral surgery involving gum tissue. Naturally, I was nervous, as the first time I'd ever had oral surgery was getting my wisdom teeth removed at an oral surgeon's office, and it was a horrific experience. I shouldn't have even worried. Dr. Silverstein didn't hurt me one bit! Even after he had numbed the area, I didn't realize he was finished because I never ever felt the needle at all! The actual tissue removal was extremely quick and the majority of the time was spent with Dr. Silverstein sewing up the incision so that I wouldn't have a scar on the inside of my cheek. And guess what? NO SCAR! When I run my tongue across it, it's perfectly smooth! You would never know he had done any kind of surgery there! He made me feel so comfortable during the procedure also. I would HIGHLY recommend him, particularly to anyone nervous or concerned about pain. My entire experience with him was pain-free, and even the next day, I had no discomfort whatsoever. Dr. Silverstein is the BEST!

I was very pleased with the cleanliness and friendly atmosphere that Dr. Silverstein and his staff provided. I have been getting cleanings with them for several years and continue to come back because of the warm, professional, modern, and punctual environment that they provide; I always feel comfortable when I visit. My experiences have been nothing short of phenomenal and they always exceed my expectations.
