Dr. Foster is delightful. I would recommend her to anyone. Staff is also friendly and efficient. Sharon does a great job with billing and insurance claims. I have been going here for years and they are truly the best!

This is the best run and well staffed dental practice around. Everyone is good at what they do, clear on the work AND pricing, and even, if that's not enough, also kind! Love them. Good for the whole family, at all ages.

Always prompt. I rarely have wait. Even on those occasions, it's never more than five minutes. I've gone to this dental practice for more than 25 years. I highly recommend them.

The best dental practice in Silver Spring. The admin staff is wonderful, helpful, and always pleasant. Dr. Foster is great and she makes the patient's comfort a priority. The dental hygienists are awesome and knowledgeable. There aren't any surprising charges. I highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service received from the front office staff, Sharon and Tatiana. Dr. Handelman is very caring and explains findings on xrays and his exam. It was a very thorough exam. This was a first appointment for me. I recently relocated from Ohio. I am very satisfied with this practice.

Dr. Handelman is a consummate professional and Smile Designs has been a wonderful practice for me and my family. I came from another practice that could not fix a crown and blamed me for pushing it out at night with my tooth. Dr. Handelman was able to fix it the first time and has also been able do other work in less invasive way. Dr. Handelman is an artist and perfectionist with his work, and I appreciate it after having great and not so great dentists. The practice and administrators have been excellent over the years, so they are doing something right. I highly recommend the practice.

A couple months ago (yes, I'm late with this review), my daughter was having issues in and around her mouth. Dr. Foster wasn't sure of the cause, but was quick to go to her books to find out. Once she found the cause, she immediately wrote my daughter a prescription and sent me across the hall to the pharmacy. She also gave me her cell phone number and asked me to contact her if there were any issues. Thankfully, the medication worked and my daughter was feeling and looking better within days. We are very thankful for Dr. Foster's kindness and attentive care
