It was great experience. The overall service was very professional The staff was very respectful and caring. I got root carnal done for my 3 molars at one sitting and the whole treatment was painless. I did not feel any pain afterwards.I would highly recommend this place!

Excellent experience from beginning to end. A series of texts 1) reminded me of my appointment, 2) informed me of my expected co-pay, 3) sent a link to fill out nearly all the necessary forms online, and 4) reminded me of the appointment again. On the day of the appointment, the office looked nice, and all the staff were pleasant and communicated clearly. Dr. Potluri was efficient but gentle. They called the following day to see how I was feeling. A+++++++ from beginning to end.

Dr. Potluri was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. Professional, gentle and I honestly had an incredibly pleasant experience hgiven the nature and intrusiveness of my treatment .His assistant was also extremely kind and informative. If you looking for a special caring practice,this is it .You need not look any further.

Excellent care. I am the daughter of a dentist and have very high expectations. This is a superb practice with detailed no nonsense care. Everything about carefully explaining things, building confidence and terrific gentle care while I was being treated . The front desk was welcoming and the dental assistant was excellent as well. I appreciated the post care information in print to take home. And then a follow up phone call early the next day to find out how I was doing. In this digital age I am floored at how impersonal the health care system but this was a breath of fresh air... Highest recommendation.!

The other day I started experiencing severe tooth pain. I went in to see my dentist and he said that I probably needed a root canal. Having been to Dr. Potluri before I knew exactly where I was going. When I first called for an appointment they couldn't see me for a week, but called back the next day and were able to get me in sooner (many thanks to the patient who canceled their appointment). The root was much deeper than originally expected (25mm) and as a result I was in the chair until after 5pm and although the staff had to stay later than expected they were all very polite. During the process Dr. Potluri was very professional and although I knew he was working away, I was not in any pain (I actually fell asleep!). The next day they even followed up to see how I was doing and see if I had any questions about my next steps.

Very professional. Practically painless for a root canal. Is very careful and meticulous in his work. Hopefully I never need another root canal, but if I do I would go back to Dr. Potluri.

Great experience! I am terrified of needles and this clinic went above and beyond to make me comfortable. They also accommodated a same day eval + appointment since I live a bit away, making the whole process seamless. They fit me in quickly - and were always quick to answer my questions. If you are in need of a root canal - this is the place to go. New Technology + Customer service = Great experience.

The best place for root canal. The staff is kind and skilled. And more importantly, Dr. Potluri is greatly skilled. I also noticed; they are affordable too. They checked constantly to make sure I was doing fine and not in pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Potluri to anyone for root canal.

My daughter is not the biggest fan of dentists. Dr Potluri and the entire staff made her feel at ease and in control. The procedure went well and the recovery was exactly as explained. I highly recommend this practice.

I was kind of nervous about getting my root canal but Dr. Potluri and his entire staff did everything to put me at ease and to make this experience as positive as possible. Dr. Poltluri is very professional, skilled, kind, communicative and patient in every way. I felt very grateful for the kindness, reassurance and good care I got from everyone. I was pleasantly surprised that I even got a call the next day to see how I felt. This is 10/10 I had the most professional, pleasant and reassuring experience as a result of Dr. Umeikie Smith recommendation. There's so much positive words to say! Over all Excellent! Top notch!!!!!

I had a root canal at the Silver Spring Endodontics. The entire staff showed compassion in seeing that I was as comfortable as possible and that everything went off without a hitch. Dr.. Potluri is the best

This practice is a 10/10. Their customer service is amazing and the provider is incredible. I was nervous for my first oral procedure and everyone made me feel perfectly relaxed. I didn't feel a thing! The office is nice and the entire team is warm and welcoming.

My experience with Dr.Potluri and his staff was very good. The office is very caring. Root canal procedure went very well and they called me after the procedure to learn how I am doing. The only issue I had was about the billing whole amount onto my secondary insurance but, I was told that they will correct it. Overall, It was worth to drive from Falls Church to Silver Spring for Dr. Potluri.

Very nice clinic - super clean and well run. Staff are all extremely pleasant and do everything possible to make you as comfortable as possible. My procedure took three visits and was more difficult than most but Dr. Potluri came through for me and got it done.

I am really grateful to the staff and Dr Potlury.. My root canal procedure went smoothly and without major discomfort. His assistant was very gracious and very professional. She explained the procedure and she was always asking me if I was Ok. The location is great and the office is very clean and neat. Excellent experience from the beginning to the end. Extremely professional, from the person who checks me, to the assistant, to Dr. Potluri, and everyone in between. Dr. Potluri takes time to answer questions fully. On top of all this, they are extremely friendly. Very much recommended.
