I started ortho care 2 years ago. I was told I needed to pay up front and file a claim to my insurnace on my own. I did. My insurance company was sending checks to my dentist and I was never made aware to get reimbursed. Then that money was used towards my retainers when I was told my original price included my retainers. Now, the office is saying there's no record of what was said, so I'm basically out of luck and several hundred dollars. During my time trying to sort this all out, staff have made comments like "we never gave you false hope that we'd help you", "we have a lot going on and when you're not front of mind you slip through the cracks", and "we've gone through a lot of mergers, I don't know how to use the new systems, and I don't know where your money is." Given I used to work in customer service and insurance, I know insurance claims take time and can get messy. I've been patient for 2 years and tried many avenues through my company and external advocates. This was absolutely unacceptable.

My favorite new dental office. They always go above & beyond. Staff is so kind and friendly, I enjoy coming I got my visits. Thank y'all very much for everything you do!

I really like the hygienist because she is knowledgeable and professional. I'm very particular when it comes to my teeth health and I also like the doctor very pleasant n she takes her time. I highly recommend this office if you r looking for a great family dentist.

These people are horrible. They quote one thing and then ask for more and more. There is a reason they are never busy. Crooks. Stay away from this establishment if you ask me.

I've had some dental issues this year so I've spent a considerable amount of time at SRD. I'm always welcomed with a smile from Judy at the front desk and rarely have to wait before I'm in the chair for treatment. Awesome place to get not-so-fun stuff taken care by folks who are friendly, compassionate, and timely. I highly recommend!!

I have been to many dentists in my lifetime and quite pleased with Silver Ranch Dental Care. The hygienist was very prompt and efficient, Dr Singh is top notch in her care of patients and knowledgeable of all aspects of dentistry . Her receptionist is very efficient and delightful to do business with.

We are excited to have the Silver Sinco Ranch Dental Office. It's great to meet the Dentist Dr.Prerana Singh and her assisstant. With Dr. Singh, My husband got two extractions, fillings and crowns done; my daughter has fillings done as well. All four members of my family feel satisfied and Looking forward to the next visit!
