Devoted to the idea of volunteerism, Dr. Silver began his dental career as a volunteer dentist in Israel. In 2016, he returned with Dental Volunteers for Israel to spend two weeks working at the Trudi Birger Clinic, a nondenominational clinic that provides free dental treatment for needy children.
Dr. Bruce also grew up in Haddon Township and is a 1979 graduate of Haddon Township High School. He and his wife, Julie, have two children, Jennifer and Zachary. He enjoys tennis , and playing with computers (Apple and PC!) and video electronics.
Her favorite places are Broadway in NYC and the beach. Spending time with family, friends, and puppy are among her top-rated activities, along with watching the Phillies, photography, collecting sea glass and shells, swimming, camping, and bowling.
She especially likes celebrating and decorating for Halloween and Christmas, and driving her Jeep. An active volunteer, she has worked with the Masonic Home, area schools, the recreation committee, the Wetlands Institute, the Special Olympics, Ladle of Love, various food banks, and the Dare to Scare Haunted House.
Lois grew up and lives in Edgewater, NJ. She graduated from Camden County College with an AS, studying dental hygiene, and eared a BS in applied science and technology from Thomas Edison State College.
Currently, she divides her work-week between serving as a clinical instructor in the Burlington County College Dental Hygiene Department and as valued staff member here in Dr. Silvers office. She is a member of the American Dental Hygienist Association, Sigma Phi Alpha (Dental Hygiene Academic Honor Society), and the American Association of University Women.
Shanty has been a part of our team since 2017. With her smiling face and pleasant personality, she has quickly become valued by the patients and co-workers. She has an associate degree from Brookdale Community College, continued her education at NJ School of Dental Assisting and recently qualified as a Certified Dental Assistant. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and traveling.
Britney is originally from Somerset County and has worked in the dental field since 2001, starting as a receptionist, then dental assistant, and eventually office management. Shes now a Registered Dental Hygienist. She graduated from Rowan College with an associates degree in applied science/dental hygiene and is currently working on a bachelors in behavioral sciences at Wilmington University. Shes also a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association.
Britney is focused on providing her patients with the highest quality treatment, delivered with kindness and care. Her sense of humor and good energy makes her a favorite with both staff and patients. She would someday like to be able to provide dental Hhygiene services to the underserved.

Our family has been going here for years. I can't begin to express how wonderful they've been. My children love going to the dentist and love the entire staff. As someone who has major dental anxiety from early in life, the staff has always put me at such ease and treat me with such care. I recommend this practice to everyone!

This is my 2nd time going to Dr. Silver and it's been a great experience both times. My first visit was for a new patient, got xrays, and they were also able to do my cleaning while I was there. My 2nd time was for my 6 month cleaning and it was a great experience. Dr. Silver and his staff are amazing, courteous and very professional! I def recommend this dental practice!

They have such a friendly environment and all the personnel are attentive to your needs. Dr. Silver is funny, engaging and most importantly knowledgeable about profession. It was my first time experiencing the use of laser technology with no needles. I'M A FAN!

Today was the BEST experience I ever had with getting dental work done. When they say no pain they mean it. I had a few fillings and before I knew it I was done and No Pain, No needles. Thank you for an awesome dental experience.

Let me start off By stating that Dr. Silver is very rude and arrogant he talks down to people I was not happy with my service over the phone I just wanted to ask questions and he was acting as if I wasn't important enough to talk too I'm in pain and they couldn't schedule me in for two weeks! He basically told me I was SOL l went to another dentist in the area and they took me in right away. I had to get an abscess drained right away and they did my root canal right on the spot.

This place has really went down hill lately where do I begin ? Very rude receptionist giving me a attitude about rescheduling my kid appointment? Whats worse is the dentist himself so arrogant and rude my brother used to go here as well I 100000 percent do not recommend this place avoid at all cost. My sister ? If I have a sister I don't know about please tell her to message me immediately considering I only have 2 brothers. My mom was shocked when I told her this. You are so rude glad I left.

My experience there was so wonderful they all made you feel like family no one ever wants to go to a dentist they were so professional about everything. The rooms were so clean and you felt so safe being in their rooms and even in their waiting rooms I had the best experience ever at this dentist office and trust me I am one of the people that hates going to the dentist office and being there I never felt so comfortable even all of the workers seem to get along with one another like their brothers and sisters thank you for everything stay safe

I saw Dr. Silver on an emergency basis. His office, staff (and he) were highly COVID prepared, gracious and took wonderful care of me. A 5 star experience.
