Just called because I cracked my tooth and I want it removed and she was soo rude !!! She didn't explain anything just assumed I knew what she meant and then when I asked her about my cost she immediately was like he will tell you when your back there. Then when I told her I was broke she asked my insurance and then gave me an answer !!! Why do you have to make a person feel more vulnerable than they already do !!! Just be kind from the start you don't know a persons situation. And now I still gonna go in there at 11.

The receptionists on pediatrics are mazing! Amber & Alexis are always pleasant & welcoming upon arrival. Their customer service is amazing, and I dont mind referring family & friends here!

After telling us there would be an hour and a half wait for emergency walk ins. They decided to not only say the wrong name repetitively I had to ask them did they have the name wrong. Which they replied no. After a second time asking them did they have the name right I had to personally look at the name list to see they crossed it out because they did in fact neglect us and treated us as incompetent. Making this visit absolutely horrendous, time consuming and in the end fruitless with never being seen dealing with rude apathetic receptionists absolutely deplorable.

Cumanis is amazing! I have been going since I was younger. I recently have had a lot of appointments and Alexis at the front desk has been able to work with me ever step of the way to make everything so easy with scheduling. I highly suggest going there.

Amazing dentist and wonderful staff! Kind and caring! I'm a very nervous patient and they make me feel relaxed and comfortable! Would definitely recommend them!

I had a great experience! The staff was very helpful, and very welcoming. The great prices shocked me it was less then half of what i was quoted from my other dentist. I would definitely recommend them as I will be coming back again!

The staff was amazing! Prices were much much lower then my last dentist! Everyone made me feel very welcome. Great service and would push for many people to go there!

My visit last week was amazing!! I checked in and was immediately greeted which I loved by the front desk! I was having issues using the computer since I left my glasses home and the receptionist Thalia assisted me with check and and made sure i understood everything. I didnt have to wait long to be seen and I was in and out in about an hour and a half. Thalia even helped me schedule my next a appointment before leaving. Great atmosphere and awesome front desk staff!!!!!

This place did not look clean when i was brought to the back room for services. I was originally scheduled 3 weeks ago. After waiting then they said the system was down and they would call to reschedule. They made my husband and my appointment at the same time which was not something that we could personally do and when they sent the reminder text I called the office. The receptionist informed me without a 48hr notice there would be a $50 fee. Upon arriving reception continued to mention the $30 copay unnecessarily after I had informed them I was aware of the copay. A dental assistant then told me my copay was $120 with xrays which is not true but arguing with this place is pointless and you can tell most of reception staff is used to repetitive work and no critical thinking. I told whoever the lady was that would do my cleaning my insurance usually covers it and would look it up and she didn't care to hear me out. I let her know this place is extremely unprofessional among other things. She gave me the most insincer apology I have ever gotten and I left before using profanity. They have wasted my time on two separate occasions and the least i could have gotten was a genuine apology.

My wife suggested the practice to me since I was having a really bad toothache! I called and they were able to see me same day since it was an emergency. Thank goodness for the front desk staff name Thalia, she is very prompt and makes you feel very confident about coming to the dentist!!

This office provides just an all round friendly environment. I was recently there, and everyone I spoke to was extremely nice and helpful. Definitely will be bringing my children here from now on! They are super welcoming and we had a very positive experience!!

I absolutely love Dr Cumanis office. The office staff is so friendly from the receptionist to the dentist. They are organized, clean and kid friendly! Ive never really had to wait long. My son Never gives me an issue with going to the dentist like most kids do because he likes the staff they make him feel welcome and ease his nervousness. I would highly recommend their office to any parent looking for a good dentist with good hours and staff for their kids.

I have gone to this dentist office since it first opened years ago. My entire family still uses this office including my three year old daughter on the pediatric side. The receptionists have always been extremely helpful and kind. Seeing locals working at the office just adds to the offices charm. Most recently I scheduled my youngest daughter appointment with Alexis and she was able to work with my difficult schedule as a teacher to find us an appointment and was extremely patient with me. The dentists are always kind and welcoming. My child enjoys going to this dentist as much as I do!
