I believe in the importance of keeping up with advances in orthodontics so I can deliver the highest-quality, most effective, and most comfortable treatments to our patients. I attend numerous seminars so I can knowledgeably attend to the needs of my patients and answer their questions.
Moreover, I participate in regular study groups with other local dentists and specialists in the community. This enables me to stay in touch with other areas of dentistry and keep strong ties with other dental colleges. Ultimately, I am able to bring well-rounded dental care to my patients; I can not only help them achieve their orthodontic goals, but also address their dental needs comprehensively.
I have lived in the San Fernando Valley most of my life and am thrilled to be practicing in Burbank. My husband and I have a two-and-a-half-year-old daughter. In my free time, I practice yoga, go hiking, relax at the beach, read, and most of all, spends time with my family.
I feel very fortunate to be able to live and work in the community of Burbank. I have been offered so much support as I've worked toward my goals, and want to act as a mentor and resource to help others in the community fulfill their own dreams.

Karen is very knowledgeable about many insurance plans and is available to answer your benefits questions and file your claims. With our office since 2004, she began her career in the dental field in 1975. Karen loves interacting with our patients and their parents, building relationships that last beyond treatment time.
Although she joined our office in 2001, Veronica has more than 24 years of experience in dentistry. She works with patients alongside Dr. Silva, and loves seeing happy patients with beautiful smiles at the end of their orthodontic treatment.
In her free time, Veronica enjoys going to the gym and watching her two daughters play basketball and volleyball. She also loves being involved in the community and her church, and spending time with her family over the weekends.

Dr. Silva is a provider for ALL PPO insurance plans to ensure you have the lowest possible treatment fee and the highest insurance reimbursement.

Is it weird that going to the orthodontist has been one of the most consistently enjoyable things I've done this past year? This office is hands down one the best run operations I've ever seen. Incredibly efficient, warm, and has some of the best and most skilled individuals out there. Dr. Silva is the hardest working woman in the biz and every supporting member of the team from the front of the house to the back clearly does a fantastic job. I just finished a 9 month invisalign treatment that was a resounding success. I'm extremely happy with the results. I'm also extremely sad that I don't have a reason to visit them monthly. Here's to hoping my kids' teeth is as messed up as mine so I can find a reason! Or maybe I'll just pop in anyway and shoot the breeze :) If anyone is on the fence about choosing this wonderful office, just read the rest of what people have to say here.

It is officially my last week with braces. Before being a patient of this wonderful office I did some orthodontist window shopping and automatically knew this was the place for me. The staff is amazing from Karen and Sarahi in the front office, Veronica, Nayrei and Star in the back and who can forget Dr. Silva. They are all wonderful to work with because you can tell that they really want to help and enjoy what they all do. They are all intricate to how this office runs. Even during this crazy time they always made me feel safe as the place is clean and follows CDC guidelines. As excited I am to get these things off of my mouth I will miss the Silva family. You will not regret it if you come here. Thank you Silva Orthodontist family.

We came in for a free consultation and appreciate Dr. Silva's thorough and honest assessment. She wasn't in a rush to put braces on my son asap: she recommended to schedule another visit after 8 months when more adult teeth has come down to allow more space for his canine teeth to come in. I got my braces taken off today and I am amazed by the results! My teeth are perfectly straight and lined up! Thanks to Doctor Silva and her very competent and skilled team I got a smile I was always dreaming of. I highly recommend this place to everyone! The office is very clean, staff members are very nice and polite. They always make sure you don't feel any pain while wearing braces. They took care of me very well and treated me like a family. Five stars

Simply the best. We moved to her after a pretty rough experience with a highly rated Ortho in Burbank. Dr. Silva is on the patient's side and their well being. Refreshing and welcome change in this industry. Plus, she is truly the nicest person. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Getting braces as an adult was the last thing I ever wanted to do...Dr.Silva did not waste any time so I could get them off as quickly as possible. She's unbelievably talented and the staff is extremely organized. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Silva and everyone at the office. From the very beginning (of the past year and a half!) everyone has been kind, helpful and most importantly exceptional at their job. Dr. Silva was always extremely caring and took the time to explain everything. Karen and the front desk staff were knowledgeable and helpful with insurance / payments / scheduling, etc. The office space itself is new and there is parking! I highly recommend Silva Orthodontics!
