Dr. Brandon L Chavez was raised in Northwest Arkansas where he enjoyed a well rounded upbringing. He juggled varsity basketball and football, piano lessons, church, Boy Scouts (Eagle scout award), A honor roll, and part time jobs. Dr. Chavez attended the University of Arkansas on a full ride scholarship where he received his Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and his US Air Force officers commission through Air Force ROTC. He later went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Oklahoma on a full ride scholarship.
Upon graduation from dental school, he re-entered active duty and received orders to the US Air Force Dental Corps at Nellis AFB in Las Vegas, NV. Throughout his time in the Air Force, he has received numerous advanced continuing education courses in cosmetics, implants, sedation, surgical procedures, and CADCAM dentistry. He joins Siloam Smiles after 13 years of active/reserve service and an honorable discharge at the rank of Major. He continues to further his knowledge and expertise with courses designed to improve the quality of care for his patients.
Dr. Chavez and his wife, Sophia, have a daughter Kaylee and a son Bradley. In his spare time, Dr. Chavez enjoys watching and playing sports and spending time with his family. His favorite thing besides dentistry is being a dad.

Amazing dentist and staff! Got me in for an emergency for root canal, got it done in the short few days I was here, even working thru their lunch! Super friendly, and knowledgeable. I will be back anytime I come they the area! Thank you Dr. Chavez and staff!

I don't have enough words to say about what a great experience I had on my first visit with Dr. Chavez. I'm one to avoid the dentist until I have an issue because I get tired of hearing how poorly I'm caring for my teeth and being embarrassed, when I have troublesome teeth. After two years of no dental exams or cleanings I finally braved and took my chances with Siloam Smiles, especially because my gums and teeth had gotten unbearable (embarrassing, I know). However, unlike previous experiences I wasn't once demeaned or made to feel embarrassed, and was simply educated on what was going on, what I could do with them and at home to better care for my conditions. I left feeling relieved, educated, and excited to continue on care regularly. Tammy was my hygienist and I can't recommend her enough either--so sweet, informative, and made my teeth feel like a million bucks after coming in afraid to open my mouth. The receptionist was kind, quick, and I was taken back immediately after completing my paperwork. I hope other dentistry offices take note on how to be informative and professional, while also just being down to earth and friendly, and providing an atmosphere that your patients want to and are willing to come back to. I will be continuing to use this office and recommending my friends and family.

I've never felt more comfortable walking into the dentist as I did today. From the initial call to set up the appointment, to the consultation, and until the final moments they were phenomenal! Text reminder for my appointment, friendly and patient receptionists, a personal tour of the office, accommodating hygienist, and most of all - Dr. Chavez was so attentive and gave me personalized care and advice. We love Siloam Smiles! Both of the hygentists we saw made my kids feel so comfortable and helped calm any fears they had! Dr. Chavez was so kind. Everyone there is great with kids! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I was coming to this clinic 6 years ago but I just recently came back and met this wonderful dentist Dr.Chavez. My experience was amazing and he was very good explaining my options and the whole staff was amazing!

From the front desk, to the end of your appointment you will be more than happy! I know i was! Amber, Dr.Chavez, and the gal that helped him today had amazing customer service, answered all my questions, and really seemed to love what they do. I wont be going anywhere else anytime soon!

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome and seen. I did not have a dentist and my tooth was hurting so badly. I made an appointment, but I called to see if I could get seen sooner, because the pain was so bad. They saw me that same day! The front desk was amazing and so sweet to me! I lost my insurance card and they were able to look up my plan for me. They did not look at me cross-eyed or say anything that was rude. They were very helpful and they seemed happy to help me! Amber and Dr. Chavez were gentle and explained everything to me. It turns out that I have to have a root canal, but I am not worried. I have found my dentist that I will highly recommend to anyone.
