My spouse was referred to Dr Wang for wisdom teeth removal. They didnt provide the estimate during the visit, but took around $300+ deposit. They applied some exorbitant charges to insurance & they were paid what was fair charge. Then they sent me bill for remainder amount. Total for removal of one wisdom tooth was $600+. It took less than 30mins of work. Avoid this place as they are sitting just to loot patients. The rude front office staff seem to be well thought. They scare away the patients who go back asking for the unreasonable charges(consultation, panaromic xray which they dont hand over etc)

Be prepared for $192 bill even you have insurance and decided not to have surgery done there. I was referred by my dentist for wisdom teeth removal. I went to Dr Wang's office and told to do a X-way and CT scan, even I had a full panel X-ray for this year from other dentist. I was told that I need to pay $65 on-side for the CT scan, otherwise they cannot proceed. So I did, I paid $65 for CT scan. The total quote is $1775 for removing two wisdom teeth plus $2300 for anesthesia, a price sounds ridiculous high for me. So I had my surgery done at other clinic which only cost $1050 with much nicer experience. A few days later, I got a surprise from Dr Wang's office, that I have to pay $127 for the consultation. It is the first time that I was ever asked to pay for consultation for dental surgery/orthodontist with Delta dental insurance. Other clinic either inform me about the fee in written format before I proceed, or they didn't charge consultation at all. I called the billing office and they said there is nothing they can do. Delta refuse to pay for consultation so I have to pay from my own pocket. My advise to people who is planning to visit this office, ask about a quote/fee in written format before having any communication/consultation, or start any kind of test

They are very busy please do not disturb them. During the appointment I had an unpleasant experience. Front desk team do not have time to check the insurance and did not provide the basic info about the coverage details. I had to claim the insurance based on the bills . Doctor is happy to do the procedure but nurse forced me to take 2nd round of x-ray and CT scan. During the CT scan they did not cover my neck. I requested for some protection as my thyroid levels are not that great. But no use , I did not get any help. Then I decided to back off and look for other doctors around. Requested for all the CT scan records . I called the office 4-5 times in multiple days for records. The front desk lady who answered the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! I had a very unpleasant experience speaking to her as a patient. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!!!! . Finally provided the 'CD' which has corrupted data. I am not sure whether they took the CT scan or not, but I end up paying the bill. . Total torture

Dr. Jeworski is a wonderful oral surgeon. There's no one I would trust more for an oral surgery procedure in California. I've recommended my family members and friends to this practice. No pain no swelling on the three implants. The staff took immaculate care of health and safety COVID measures.

I had my wisdom tooth extraction by Dr Wyong.I highly recommend her to anyone.Yes I agree the staff are rude but the Doctor is so sweet will be going in future also just for her.No other complications got appointment right away and she didn't ask for any other X-Rays referred my old ones and did the procedure in 10 minutes probably.Overall I had great experience

This review is based solely on customer service and professionalism. I visited here in January/ February 2019 for a consultation to remove my wisdom teeth. I did not receive care, because I was in the process of moving to a whole new state. I forgot to update my address, and for the past year and some months I had an unknown balance on my account of $58. Any other business would have wrote that off to collections ages ago, but the team at SVOMS didn't. Not only that, but they allowed me to pay what I owed without incurring additional fees. I sincerely apologized to the young lady helping me out over thehe phone. I didn't catch her name, but I just want to say thank you to the entire staff for your kindness. I can say that when I was there last year, I felt so welcomed and had all my questions answered fully. If I hadn't moved there's no doubt that I would have returned. In today's world, a little kindness goes a long way.

I had a very pleasant experience with Joy Wang, and to my surprise the wisdom tooth I had removed was a piece of cake. She put me at ease during the procedure and Joy followed up post surgery, and answered all my questions. Have no fear, Joy's awesome!

She told me there are three slots open, but I did not hear her well, so I asked her to repeat those time slots. She goes: "OMG, I just told you blah blah blah." Then she asked me for my Insurance, I said my dental insurance is with Aetna. Then she goes: " I do not understand what that is. Come on!" She said every sentence with a disrespectful attitude as if she is looking down on me. I had a very unpleasant experience speaking to her as a potential patient. If this office does not educate this employee properly or FIRE her, then just expect a significant increase in patient churn. Please reevaluate your employee, as a proper medical professional you should be ashamed of yourself!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!!!!

I had my wisdom teeth taken out with Dr.Wang. Procedure went great, I would give a 5 star. But the nurse who picks up phone at the front desk has been very rude and not at all helpful. I had allergic reactions to the medication few days after the medication and I wanted to talk to the doctor. She was very derogatory and insulting and wouldn't let me talk to the doctor. Also when I wanted to meet early for a follow up she scolded me why I didn't schedule that earlier, while one of the nurses gave a date for the appointment. She was my nurse too on the follow up and was extremely rude the whole time! I hope they are reading these reviews and fix this annoying habit of the front office staff.

Had a molar extracted. The consultation and paperwork was handled very professionally. The procedure was executed swiftly. What really impressed me was the follow up by the doctor himself on a Sunday evening!! I would definitely recommend the services at this establishment.

They make you fill out a long list of medical stuff then the Dr asks the same questions. Dr Jeworski is a good oral surgeon but their office is less than efficient
