I went to Jason for a root canal and am so glad I did. First, let it be known that I am very phobic of needles. Jason did everything he could to allay those fears: * Prescribed a small dose of a calming drug to take in advance * Brought out a dozen stuffed animals to amuse me. Silly as that is, it really calmed me down. * Least painful shots I've ever experienced * Continually communicated what he was doing, and counted down the unpleasant parts so I knew how much more I had to endure. * Soothed and encouraged me at every step * Allowed my husband to stay during the 2 hr procedure and hold my hand and had a lively conversation going with him. * Inquired, LISTENED and acted upon every reasonable request I made to make me as comfortable as possible. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and well prepared for anything he might have discovered during the procedure. He and his assistant Samantha were a calm, respectful team with a smooth, seamless working relationship that created trust with the patient. They took whatever time was required (2 hrs) and I never felt rushed. Medical and dental procedure costs are not very transparent these days. They were at Jason's office. I inquired in advance and got an accurate estimate. It was several hundred dollars less than a few other endodontists I was considering. Price would not have been the determining factor. I felt instant trust and rapport when I spoke to Jason on the phone prior to coming in. I had a little discomfort after the procedure for up to 6 hrs, but it was tolerable when I took some Aleve. Pain was gone by next day. Jason has office hours Wed - Mon, off Tues. That's right. He has Sat and Sun hours! When he says he wants to accommodate patients, he puts that into practice. Jason has my highest recommendation.

Honestly, if you're like me super frustrated with your current dentist or you're simply searching on google for the best Endodontist, stop scrolling, just give Jason's office a call. He will not disappoint you. Hate to say but I've never had such great and comfortable experience with a dentist (Endodontist). Highly recommended and I'll refer my friends and family too. Thanks, Jason!

I got a root canal treatment here after one of my teeth broke. Dr. Kung is very professional, detail-oriented, and he explained things well with lots of patience. He is probably one of the best dentists I ever met in many years. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Kung well explained the situation of my teeth. He was very tender and patient and was able to answer all my questions. He also gave me good suggestions and referred a couple of general dentists for me. Highly recommend Dr. Kung to anyone who is seeking for an endodontist.

I was referred by my primary dentist to get my root canal done at Dr. Kung's clinic. I was in a lot of pain with infected old root canal. Dr. Kung was able to take care of me right away. The clinic is clean and staff was friendly. After the procedure, Dr. Kung checked on me to see if I was doing okay. I asked for antibiotics over the weekend and he also supported me. Very happy with service and result. No more tooth pain! I recommend anyone to give Dr. Kung a try.

After my temporary filling got chipped I rushed to my dentist for them to tell me I need an emergency root canal. Calling over 15 places on a Thursday afternoon no one was taking same day appointments until I called here. They squeezed me in 3 hours after our phone call and I was is laying in a chair shortly after. Dr. Kung after his staff were so nice and efficient, they stayed open until 9:30 pm just to take care of me. For those that are nervous about their first root canal, 10/10 come here!

Dr. Kung thank you for taking me in less 24hrs notice. I was referred by Dr. Dave Hughes who have been my dentist for over 20yrs. He entrusted Dr. Kung as I do with Dr. Hughes. He was polite and professional. Dr. Kung shared his expertise and awareness which was comforting, seeing I was in so much pain. Taking in a emergency root canal appt was so appreciative. Thank you Dr. Kung and team! Serving the Sunnyvale-Santa Clara and surrounding cities, his team is trustworthy for dental care.

I feel nervous whenever I get dental treatment. I've gotten my first ever root canal treatment there. The long procedure went super smooth!! Dr.Kung he told what he was doing throughout the entire procedure and it gave me good comfort :) He is very skillful and nice. Thank you so much!

This hands down has to be one of the fastest and friendliest dentist I been to. I got my root canal almost a month ago. From consultation to the procedure Dr. Jason Kung was so nice and welcoming as well as his assistant. I love that he plays music during the procedure it sure does feel relaxing and much better than just having to hear drilling for almost an hour. I definitely will recommend him to anyone looking for a great dr to do a root canal. I hope to never be back because root canals are not fun but incase I do I will definitely be back to see him.

This review has been a long time coming. Dr. King did a root canal for me a couple months ago. This tooth was extremely complex seeing how it had been infected for about 3+ months, I was on the verge of just yanking it out, but Dr. King went ahead and saved it, and did it at the best price in the area. Extremely happy :) :) Thank you.

This is a late review for my last visit approaching end of last year, I had a root canal and decided to go for 2 phases treatment in Dec., 2021, my regular dentist suggested to finish the 2nd phase in the same year, so the tooth could be posted and crowned earlier next year. Dr. Jason Kung has accommodate my request on such a short notice and work overtime to squeeze my procedure on 2nd last day of the year. The Accounting also refund the difference of the from original estimated insurance billing. This is a place for high quality service and transparent billing. Would recommend to anyone who needs a Endodontics service.

Dr. Jason Kung is exceptional. I went in for a root canal and tooth extraction which was troubling me for quite sometime. He and his team were considerate and gave me emergency appointments to get my tooth treated when I could not find appointments anywhere else. Considering one was on a holiday shows they really value their patients. Dr. Kung takes his time and carefully listens to all our problems , never rushes to proceed with treatment . Explains in detail with x-rays what he thinks the issue might be and presents all the options for treatment. The root canal and extraction were smooth and quick without any complications. Very Highly recommend Dr. Kung and his staff .

Dr. Kung was great and explained what he was doing as he prodded and poked during my root canal re-treatment. I really appreciated the time he took to answer my questions about the different treatment options. He even let me listen to my favorite soothing music (Lo-fi hip hop) as he tore into my tooth!

I had a great Experience here with Dr. Kung. I contacted Dr. Kung and he was able to squeeze me in for an appointment at his office during the busy end of year rush. He was able to explain everything clearly and through his actions and explanations, I knew I was in great hands. Dr. Kung was able to answer all my questions and reassure me everything was going great. I've heard horror stories of Root canals and Dr. Kung was able to finish the entire procedure within the hour. He's very gentle and knowledgable and I'll be referring my friends and family here as well. If you're on the fence about the different root canal specialists (Endodontists) in town, there's no need to be. Dr. Kung is honestly the best!
