They were able to get me in pretty quick and establish a game plan right away. I felt very comfortable and that they were truly concerned with their patients needs.

This was the dirtiest doctor/dentist office I have ever been to in my life. Dirt all over the base of the patient chair. Rug dirty and scruffed up. Gross gunk on the walls. They had stacked Clear sterilite plastic bins to house dental equipment rather than professional dressers with drawers. The patient room was an open floor plan where you could see others getting worked on from your room. Didn't have the equipment to be able to identify my wife's pain.

The Staff at Silhavy Creek have always been so amazing. Amber is so sweet and amazing! Keep up the great work!

Ok ive waited. 8 weeks to make this review and for good reason when a person does anything in Life that constitutes Medical you never know what can happen in the weeks to come. 8 weeks proves outcome: let me start by saying I'm not a big fan of doctors or dentists I'm 50 years old I havent been to a doctor in about 20 years and i go to a Dentist every few years if my teeth start to hurt ( not what a dentist wants to hear)and this is the 1st time at Silhavy Family. I read some reviews and after reading a few of the negative ones they sounded like these folks were looking for something for free and by no means is that how i live so i decided to see for myself.... 1st things 1st: My hygienist Michele was fabulous. to describe her I would say she is a very caring and loving person. Then I had to make a separate appointment because of wisdom teeth complications. Doctor Rob is a good guy the kind of kat you'd enjoy going to a white sox game with his alittle quite but i like him. In this case Doc Lungu removed my wisdom tooth and this Kat is a Genius. nobody wants to have teeth removed and if you do somethings wrong with you and this man had to remove my tooth that was impacted and turned sideways and he did it as smooth as cutting warm butter i couldn't believe it as soon as he asked me how I felt he was done UNREAL!!! although the office is abit mid-90's in wall coverings it was super clean and cared for. As i left Nicole at the front desk gave me the run down and a care package and was very helpful and carrying. As i past the lobby counter the office Supervisor Christine made sure I had no questions and made sure that i knew if at any point i needed them they were there and that they were all just a phone call away. I will recommend everyone i know to this office if asked if I know a Great Dentist office. Thank you Silhavy Team

The staff is very friendly and respectful. They explained my treatment plan in full and answered all questions I had. I highly recommend them.

This place has very friendly staff and a great Doc. And they can conduct speciality dentistry if needed. They are very transparent with there charges and always let you know what to expect.I plan to continue coming to this office in the future

My wife and I had to recently change dentists due to changes in insurance. What a blessing! Dr. McBride and his entire staff are incredible. They understand that most people are uncomfortable (to say the least) with going to the dentist and they do an exceptional job of putting one at ease. From a business end, they explain everything that is going to take place and exactly how much it is going to cost you and the insurance company... and you are handed a document containing all of this information. What more can you ask for? We are patients for life.

I absolutely love going to the dentist now "never use to before" the staff makes the experience better. The staff is always kind and makes the atmosphere just enjoyable. Not one negative comment or bad thing to say. Highly recommend for all ages!!!

Great experience for a crown. First time using Silhavy Creek Family Dental. Much better than the 6+ months wait time at more former dentist. Staff is awesome and super friendly. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service. They won't do an exam and cleaning in the same visit because they get reimbursed higher if it's done in separate visits. Don't waste your dental benefits here.

Very friendly and informative staff! Professional and clean establishment. Having a TV to watch through my exam was an added plus! Nicole at the front desk was super helpful!

AMAZINGGG communication, polite as could be. They explained what they were doing and my insurance covers pretty much every dime and I couldn't have been more relieved they changed my mind on dentists that is for sure
