This place really goes above and beyond hands down best experience I have ever had at the dentist office (and I have been to several) I am always very nervous about having to go to dentist but now I feel like I have finally found someone I can trust and I am so happy I decided to give this place a try. I will now get all my future dental needs here!

I had a great first time experience. First time having teeth pulled and was scared beyond words but She was gentle and hardly no pain afterwards. She talk me thru every step of the way. She is amazing!

I have the most wonderful experience. This is a place where people care about you needs and comfort. Dentist visit were very scary for me in the past. With This excellent team Al my fears are in the past. I highly recommend it.

First thing getting in the car after leaving I look at my child my child looks at me and we both say I really enjoyed the dentist office and staff was great enjoyed the visit

I give 5 star because customer service is what is important for me!! GREAT customer service. My kids was happy with the treatment they received. I've always went to Greensboro for everything and I got tired of the drive so I thought I'd try something closer! Definitely happy with the change! They text you more than once through the week of your appointment and for me I like that because I'm forgetful!! Made me feel welcomed. And kept me in the loop of everything going on with my children through the process. Only thing I didn't like was, it was my kids first dentist trip. I hyped them up with "you do good they will give you a sticker and toothbrush" they didn't give anything idk if times have changed since my last visit but even as an adult I got a toothbrush lol I remember being a kid I LOVED going to the dentist for the stickers and toothbrushes cause they was always cooler than what mom got me But it's all good I wouldn't dare leave a bad review because of that I just know to come with stickers in my purse LOL and I'll buy them a cool toothbrush. Overall this place did a great job and I'm happy I decided to Join them! I would recommend anyone to go there! Thanks for having GREAT customer service!l and treating my kids as if they was your own.

Hands down the best dental practice I have been to in years. Dr. Bilzi and each staff member displayed a genuine level of warmth, kindness and professionalism. I felt like I was being treated like family and every person there was sincere and genuinely concerned about providing the best service possible and ensuring I walked away 100% satisfied with my visit. Customer service was incredible. Everyone working there is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They use the latest technology, and perform their jobs efficiently. The staff ensured that I was comfortable. (I was given a cosy blanket during my procedure.) I had fillings and a deep clean, with an extraction scheduled. The wait time was less than two minutes from check in from my appointment. The office is neat and clean. The office location is convenient. Would definitely recommend Dr. Bilzi and her staff to anyone looking for dental services. Thank yall! See you soon. Lee Ann Wilkie

This is the best dentist your able to find friendly great with kids. Never really been crowded when I was in the have coloring pages for the kids when you are in the chair they. I was able to take my 4 month old baby in there not one word was said other than do you want me to go ahead and look in his mouth to? I said yes why not and come to it he had thrush.. thank you Siler City family dentistry for making the dentist fun and a place your kids want to go back to

Great experience with Siler City Family Dentistry. Got an appointment fast, check-in was a breeze, staff was very professional & friendly. They explained everything, very thorough & allowed time for my questions. Very pleased with my first visit & already scheduled my next teeth cleaning visit. Highly recommend!

This office is unprofessional. On Monday I had a 10am appointment I get there and their servers are down. After 45 minutes they told me they would be unable to see me. Since I booked the appointment due to pain I asked for an urgent callback. No callback so next morning I called. Due to having a newborn I needed time to get him ready and fed and they didn't have availability until today. Whatever 10 minutes before my appointment today they called and magically their servers are down. At this point I'm moving on because it's 2022, why haven't you invested in a back up server? And the last minute updates after I have gotten in the car on my way there. Thanks for wasting my time 3 days in a row.

It is very important to take care of your teeth and get them cleaned at least twice a year. Make your teeth last you a lifetime by visiting Siler City Family Dentistry now! Dr Bilzi is very nice and so are the rest of the staff there.If you are afraid of going to the Dentist, you won't be after you leave their office.

The staff members were truly so pleasant to be around. They are courteous and engaging and explained everything. I am not a dentist fan in general, this office provided me with a great experience and I will continue coming back for all my dental needs
