Great dentistry, love how my teeth came out after the braces process. Carmen was lovely during the whole process, so sweet and understanding and would always make sure no wires were poking out. 10/10 would recommend this orthopedic office.

I've had an amazing experience here! I've been here for almost 4 years and have experienced nothing but kindness from all the staff! They are the absolute sweetest and professionals at what they do. Extremely irritated and frustrated. After them having to reschedule me 3 different times I was then contacted and asked to drive 39 minutes away to their Fort Apache location. I arrive there today for my appointment and am then told "THERES BEEN A MISTAKE! THEY DON'T HAVE MY NEW ALIGNERS AND THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO FOR ME TODAY. I was then advised I needed to RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT AGAIN for Friday at the Craig location where I ORIGINALLY had my appointment. To make matters worse all I was offered was water or an ice cream to make up for THEIR MISTAKE!! I'M NOT A CHILD! I rearranged my work schedule, drove over 30 minutes and wasted time AND GAS for NOTHING! And all I get from them is an "I'm sorry. Do you want a water?!?" Not only was that disrespectful but it was extremely offensive. If I could switch to another Doctor I would. I'm really irritated I have to continue my orthodontic journey with them!

I've had the absolute best experience with this location. I am new to Vegas & was very apprehensive about finding a place to get braces. However, Significance orthodontics did not disappoint. The staff is super welcoming & supportive. They went above and beyond to ensure that I felt secure in the treatment plan that I chose. The people here are awesome! During braces I was sent gifts like cookies for the holidays. I'm not 100% sure if that was just part of the particular plan that I got or if it's for everyone, but yeah. Overall, a good experience.

Dr. Victoria Chen, best Orthodontist in Vegas with the best staff!! She did my daughter's back in the day. Mine was last year just the lower part, and today I graduated and had it removed, retainer done in one day. I think I startled the girl in front when I did the "Gong" before exiting the building one last time at the Ft. Apache location(in the beginning I was going to the one on Craig Road.) I drove all the way from AZ throughout the year, best customer service and they treat you like family. I recommend this establishment to everyone wishing to have a better smile for a better self. I'll bring my 10 year old son to Dr. Chen when that time comes! Marie Y.

I called the front desk to make an appointment and clearly stated that I need a new retainer, because my current old retainer did not fit anymore. The front desk asked me to pay $240 in advance and charged my credit card. After meeting with the Orthodontist (dr Victoria Chen), she did not replace my old unfit retainer, instead I had to go home still carrying my old retainer that is now the retainer not only unfit, but also loose.

Have to say it was a terrible review experience, my lower teeth floss broke and my lower teeth were all out of place! But the floss break is not caused by me, I don't know if my teeth are replaced with new ones or if they have reinforced floss every time I go to the review, which means that it takes me a long time to take off the braces, and I just started wearing mine After braces, the reinforcements of the teeth always fall off, but because the reinforcement is not laborious, not because I eat hard things, I can bear the cost of replacing it once, but this time I am a little unhappy, and I don't seem to have a good attitude towards Asians. Friendly, a little disappointed with this clinic, most of the people in the clinic are friendly
