My appt was at 10 got there 9:50 waited until 11:30! After working 12 hr shift no sleep to not even see the dentist because I was tired of waiting very very unprofessional

It's a nasty place they in for the money but the dentist are nice people to me I'm just here for braces in and out and they do leave ppl on hold I seen it myself they would do it on purpose

This place is the worst office I've ever seen. I had to bring a family member here, waited over 1hour, couldn't wait any longer so I had to reschedule. Front desk staff seem not to care, because they take Medicaid, they over book appointment even with Covid-19 there waiting room was filled. As I sat in my car waiting, I seen one of there staff members come out side to smoke while wearing her white smock coat. PPE shouldn't be worn out side to smoke Newport's. The carpet in the waiting room is very dirty with lots of stains on it. They need to take that plastic down from the front desk reception area, try using plexiglass, more of a professional look. So to anyone who likes to waste there time, please visit signature smiles.

I've gone to the sherman ave location twice now. Today was supposed to be my last appointment for fillings. They called yesterday, left a incoherent voicemail about it being canceled. I've called 10 times, left multiple voicemails over the last two days and NO ONE will answer the phone.

Due to the unprofessionalism and sarcastic tone and the front office employees demeanor also with the horrifying reviews I have had no choice but to read I canceled my appointment and refused to go there thank you for the heads up. Do Spanish lady at the front desk who answers the phone needs to be fired.

My children and I have been going to signature smiles on Sherman for over 10 yrs this last yr they have cancelled numerous appts, called same day to cancel and reschedule my appointments, I called to see what time my appointment was they had cancelled again. Everytime I call I get voicemail they never answer the phone I took my whole family from there and went to see another Dentist I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!

I love this place I have a lot pataince with them even with covid, it's absolutely wonderful I have 5 kids man and my self have do a great job . Been using them for almost 10 years now . My kids range from 17-to 6 months. They are great with old people and people with disabilities and special needs.

This is the most unprofessional practice. The company is closing there doors as of May 20th. Never notified patients to get their medical records.

***PSA*** From a local dental office employee, SIGNATURE SMILES HAS GONE OUT OF BUSINESS. We know there is plenty of patients who have concerns and questions regarding pending treatment, hygiene, and current orthodontic treatment. It is very unfortunate that the business has shut down and did not inform any of their patients they would be closing all of their locations. If you are looking for records, please contact your insurance company. If you are looking to schedule any services, please contact your insurance company to verify what local offices are in your insurance network and schedule with a qualifying office. Please note any office you schedule with does NOT have any access to your records or information so with any given office you would be considered a new patient. I was actually on my way to the appointment they called literally at the last minute like 10 minutes before the appointment and said that the dentist was sick they had to cancel
