***PSA*** From a local dental office employee, SIGNATURE SMILES HAS GONE OUT OF BUSINESS. We know there is plenty of patients who have concerns and questions regarding pending treatment, hygiene, and current orthodontic treatment. It is very unfortunate that the business has shut down and did not inform any of their patients they would be closing all of their locations. If you are looking for records, please contact your insurance company. If you are looking to schedule any services, please contact your insurance company to verify what local offices are in your insurance network and schedule with a qualifying office. Please note any office you schedule with does NOT have any access to your records or information so with any given office you would be considered a new patient. DO NOT try to go here for a dental emergency! I had an appt for 12:10 on Christmas Eve. I wanted to be with my family as much as anyone else, but I had an abscess that was getting worse WITH antibiotics, I HAD to see a dentist! They call me at 10:20 and tell me if I'm not there by 10:50 I'll be out of luck, because the dentist decided she wanted to leave. I would have been the last patient of the day, with a 1 hr gap from the last patient before me. They wanted me in and out NOW, not when my appt was. I have 2 small children to get ready as well, and my mom on the other side of town to give me a ride. I made sure to call them and say I wouldn't be there by 10:50, but I was on my way. They said the dentist would wait. I also told the receptionist and the manager about the infection and how important it was I be seen. I got there at 11:10, an hour before my initial appt, but the dentist had already left. The abscess was so bad it actually popped on it's own in my mouth. Honestly, not surprised by the 2 stars this place has lmao. From what the officer manager explained, Signature Smiles basically "rent out" these dentists, they're at their mercy. The staff seemed to be really helpful, besides the office manager that likes to interrupt and rarely let's you finish what you're saying. But I didn't go to see the staff, I went to see the dentist for an emergency.

This place is so unprofessional! No common courtesy calls for appointments, if the dentist doesn't come in. Lack of communication, unprofessional staff, and an unnecessary amount of time wasted for a simple procedure. I started in November 2019 here we are March 2020 and my work is still not done! After being guaranteed I would be done by now! I highly do not recommend this place.

My friend and I had the worst experience here! There is a different dentist every time I go and they do not know what is wrong with me. The workers just gossip instead of working. The dentists are bad! Did a horrible job on me! I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Despite the wait being longer than expected, the staff made mine and my daughters experience a very pleasant one. They accommodated both of us to be seen. Cindy assisted my daughter and she loved her! You can tell they truly care about your dental health and will definitely continue to use them for our dental needs.

The office is very understated, but the staff is friendly. They take good care of my wife and son, which is big for me. They are persistent when dealing with insurance companies. If they feel you need a service and insurance rejects it, they will not stop til they can get it covered. If you have some patience, not a bad place to go.

I took my 5 yr old daughter here for her check up, the hygienist was great! She ended up needing a cavity filled & we took he for her appt and the wait was FOUR HOURS from her appt time, apparently they book every 15 mins and youll be there all day!

These people are just in for the money besides that i used to love going to the dentist but ever since I went to this company in general both offices with the same experience long wait time and very little care for the people they just dont care and jump right in your mouth no caring feelings here no welcoming feel to this place at all its a nightmare and its never been such a terrifying experience for me just run away dont ever go here... and least of all don't bring your kids here unless you want them to hate going to the dentist!!!

Very unprofessional. Super slow, if your appointment is at 10am they might see you 2 hours later than your appointment time. You are just sitting in that little waiting room hearing them and other patients complain. Definetily looking for a new dentist! No respect for your time.
