I had previously given them five stars that was a year ago and the work that they did didn't hold up . They blamed me that was after they made it impossible for me to go anywhere else by removing the entire cap. They had originally told me they would remove replace and provide the lab feedback. They then at that point told me I would be paying 3000 more dollars to replace something that they had originally done . Scandalous practices!!! The doctor put her hand up and walked away when I told her it was about the money. Do yourself a favor go somewhere that cares about their patients .

I needed to be seen because I chipped my tooth and was in a lot of pain they got me in and out so fast the staff there is so nice Chris Wilson was the the guy helping take X-rays and get me settled in and was so nice and professional made me feel like I have been a patient there forever

Super friendly staff! My family has been coming here for years and we've never had any issues. Love Dr. Aura, she's very helpful and kind. We love the hygienist Chris too, he was personable and gentle with the x-rays.

Everyone at this place is so professional and kind. Everyone you encounter is so friendly and makes you feel right at home. So glad I finally found a dentist office I enjoy going to !! 10/10 recommend.

I was hoping to keep these five stars as I had such a great experience with the staff at signature smiles . They have since made me feel as though they only want money . I got a bridge that I had to take a loan out for and was about to pay it off so I could get more work done . The bridge broke and it will cost the same amount that it did a year ago. I understand I would have to pay maybe for the lab to remake but they are charging me fully for the entire thing. I was not given any option they took the bridge off before letting me know that it would require another three thousand dollars . Money money I didn't feel as though they were on my side in any way!

I highly recommend this office. Very "the patient comes first"kind of office. Great Dentist, Hygienist, and Office Support Staff. Nothing is left to the imagination regarding what needs to be done and it's cost. I came in for a second opinion and stayed for the procedures. I don't have any plans to go anywhere else, ever!

The entirety of the staff were amazing from the front desk to the doctor. They aren't pushy like most dentists, they seem to actually care about your health and also your budget. I cannot recommend them enough!

I simply needed antibiotics for an infected tooth. I was in a lot of pain. I went to the office and was presented with a $4,000+ work-up for an extraction and a bridge. I really wasn't looking for all that work. Long story short, the dentist said she could pull the tooth even though it was infected. I then endured about an hour, or more, of pain, as she tried to extract the tooth, which included more xrays mid way. I felt pain which the dentist kept discounting, yet gave even more novicain. The dental assistant was new to the office and very kind. The dentist ended pounding, full force, on a screw driver type object into the tooth to break it up. The hole, where my tooth had been is big and continued bleeding into the next day. My face is more swollen than before the excavation (yes, that's the term I meant to use.).Had I been given antibiotics and returned to the office in a few days the outcome would have been better. Too many dentists go after the almighty dollar, rather than treating just the issue at hand. My family and I will NEVER return to Signature Smiles on Broadway.

I made a new patient appointment (3wks out) and was expecting the usual- check-up, X-rays and cleaning. I wasn't seen until 20min after my scheduled appointment time, then extensive X-rays and scans were taken, and an hour later, no cleaning, and the dentist is trying to sell me Invisalign! I had to make another appointment, and have to go back in three MORE weeks to actually get my teeth cleaned. If I had known I was just going in for a sales pitch, I would've canceled and gone elsewhere. I'm all prepared for Invisalign, but I haven't had a teeth cleaning in 15 months! I would expect basic care to be the main concern, not an afterthought. Just another machine trying to squeeze as much money out of people as possible.

The staff are invested in keeping your teeth at their best. Hygienists are thorough and careful. I will keep going here for my dental care.

Have been going here forever. Always a great experience. Office is clean and inviting for patients. The new hire Jorge is a great addition to their team. Overall everyone here provides a great experience. The dentist Auora is the best. You can tell she loves her job.

Had a good experience after a few years of not going to the dentist. Tanya was thorough. The dentist was brief and to the the point.
