Even though this place is 20 miles from my house, I used to come here because I loved Dr. Pavi, the dentist at this practice. Unfortunately, she has left the practice which was taken over by another dentist. I learned all of this on my last visit at which time the new guy performed an extraction of a broken tooth. He used suchers to sew the gums together after the extraction, but the next day a chunk of gum fell out of my mouth, and the string was just hanging there (so I clipped it off). Two weeks later I returned for a follow up visit. Appointment time was 10:00, first appointment of the day. The dentist was a no-show, so I left at 10:15 and will never return.

Had a great experience with Dr. Naren. He is a great doctor with a lot of patience. He answered all my questions and calm me down before the root canal. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Best wishes.

Me and my husband have been going to signature smiles for years, but since they've to plano the service has gonedown hill. Last time they forgot me in the chair, an hour and half later I walked out made another appointment got confirmation via text, went to the appointment just to be told office is closed on Monday they are constantly changing my husband appointment we will never go back!

Dr. Pavithra Soundarapandian is a professional and a genuinely caring person for the benefit of her patients. She makes her diagnosis, explains what is a needed procedure, and respected my personhood giving me time to decide. Her sweet voice and gentle hand motions when she speaks calmed my nerves. Once started in the procedure she artistically preforms effectively, efficiently, focused on her work like a well oiled machine. If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further! Signature Smiles in Plano is a wonderful location! I finally made an appointment to go have my teeth checked up on. I was worried at first but the staff here was kind, fantastic and incredibly patient. They understood all my concerns and made me feel comfortable and listened to. Come visit!

I am not local so when my crown popped off on vacation I had to scramble to find someone to help me. Signature Smiles got me in the next day (a Saturday!) and they were quick, thorough, and kind. I get very anxious about dental appointments and they put me at ease and made it as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist in the Richardson area.

Todays visit was okay. The only thing that annoyed me is that I got numbed on the wrong tooth. Not a fan of needles. I had a filling done today but I didn't know until after she replaced my silver with white. Paying out of pocket 195$ and not through insurance, I just wish it went to actual teeth complications instead of for the aesthetic looks of white. I could have lived with silver

I've been to this office time & time again! I've always had amazing service. I have never been more comfortable with a dental office. Dr. Pavi (Pavithra Soundarapandian) is so sweet! She makes sure I have clear understand of the process and what her plan is. I only want her to work on my teeth for the rest of my life!!! My experience here has been nothing short of amazing! I stumbled upon here because I was new to the Dallas area and needed a new dentist! The staff is so friendly here and they know me by name. I have gone here for my 6 month check ups as well as for a crown. Dr. Pavithra Soundarapandian is so kind and patient! She makes sure I understand everything and is sure to answer any questions or concerns I may have. When I got my crown done by her it was not only painless, but also timely. She made sure I was comfortable with the fit and color and she even went as far as to prescribe ibuprofen if I felt any pain after the procedure (which I ended up not needing). I would 100% recommend this office for anyone needing dental work or even a simple check up! Also, shoutout to LuShondra! She's always super helpful and very kind! Go here for all your dental needs!
