In our thirty years of providing excellent dental care, we have seen just about every kind of patient there is. Long ago, we realized that there were many people who need a little more help and support to make it into the dentists office for treatment. You probably know someone whos afraid of going to the dentist. You also might have noticed a few people who should get some help for their dental health. Its quite possible they are too uncomfortable in a dentists chair because of bad experiences in the past or their own innate fears.
There are also some individuals who are unable to interact with medical personnel well enough to get the right care. All these people deserve good dental care and we decided that we would take responsibility for providing it.
We listened to what our patients told us about their experiences in other dentists offices. Then we worked hard on developing the right approaches and medical support for those who need extra help. We also worked out the best way to explain treatment options to our patients so they can make informed choices.

One of the most important services we provide is helping our patients with emergencies. When a tooth is knocked out or loosened by trauma, we know how vital it is to restore it to its proper position and support it while it heals. Having graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook Dental School, Dr. Suzanne Spence Williams has maintained a general and aesthetic dental practice in the Treasure Coast area since 1993. It is Dr. Williams' desire to keep abreast of the latest and most advanced techniques and treatments in dentistry, which has made her uniquely qualified to perform the many smile makeovers and oral rehabilitation cases she completes every year.
Dr. Williams regularly updates her training in cosmetic dentistry and prosthodontics, specifically in full mouth rehabilitation, by partaking in many hours of continuing education and practice management courses every year. It is Dr. Williams' enjoyment when making a great looking smile even more beautiful that keeps her so devoted to such ongoing training, her chief goal being to give everyone who visits the practice the smile they have always dreamed of.
Dr. Williams has trained with Dr. Peter E. Dawson at the world-renowned Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study, completing all 7 modules in the course. and also at the Piper Education and Research Center. On top of this Dr. Williams has attained extensive training in Advanced Aesthetic Advantage (completing all courses to the highest level) under the tutelage of Dr. Larry Rosenthal, a prominent dentist in the field of cosmetic dentistry and dentist to the 'stars'.
Her commitment to study and practice in the areas of occlusion and cosmetics has given Dr Williams the confidence to complete numerous smile reconstruction and smile makeovers each year. Anyone involved in oral rehabilitation whether it is a simple veneer case or reconstructing a smile erased by bruxism (grinding) knows the important role that the occlusion or bite plays. It is critical to the success and longevity of the dental work. The practice emphasizes complete diagnosis, comprehensive treatment planning and then prevention and maintenance.
Every case that they treat is analyzed to determine the cause of the problem first. In other words, they dont just fix a broken filling or fix a decayed tooth but first determine what caused the tooth to break; is it a bite issue, or what caused the decay, is it a diet issue because in this way they can prevent these problems from recurring in the future.
Dr. Williams oversees a team of dental assistants, hygienists and administrative personnel who have been highly trained in dentistry and practice management. Every effort is made for seamless, comfortable dental work of the highest quality. The practice emphasizes complete diagnosis, comprehensive treatment planning and then prevention and maintenance.

I called the day of my tooth emergency and they worked me into their busy office schedule. I super was grateful for their professional and charming office personnel. They got me a prescriptions and an oral surgeon appointment as soon as possible. I would highly recommend coming to Signature Smiles, I know I will be returning.

When making appointments for myself and family I asked If they were in our insurance network, the response was yes. When at all the appointments, once again was assured that the office was in network. Turns out that the office is not In network and we personally had to pay. Would not recommended this dentist or the office. Makes me wonder what else was misleading. I would like to thank Signature Smiles for inviting me to do a review.

Needed my retainers ASAP ! Tatyana one of the nurses in the front booked me for the Next day , she gave me such a relief knowing they could take care of me that next morning when I called . Highly recommend coming here !

First time at this office - to get my teeth cleaned and a checkup. Overall was a great experience and I have been to many dentist . The staff was very friendly and the dental assistant was very good. I've been to many where I felt was like a torture chamber in my mouth. This was a very painless and pleasant experience. Dr Williams was also very detailed and friendly.. Believe it or not lots of dentist will advise you that you need this'll that when really not necessary She was not that kinda Dentist . I felt that she is very honorable.. I will continue to go there for sure!!!
