I have a great fear of the dentist office and I went there with a tooth ache, they were wonderful and took care of the issue and since have set up a plan to get my teeth in shape. Dr. Veronica and her staff are absolutely wonderful, caring, and I am able to go there without fear. Thank you so much for the patience and wonderful care I have received. Thank you to Carolyn for your help. Everyone in there have been great!

I was blown away by the staff, the friendliness and cleanliness, and the experience. I hold them in high regard for their chair-side manner, and for the way they treat and speak to their patients; it's very inviting and comfortable, not at all shameful like most dentists can make you feel. I had an issue with billing that was extremely frustrating on my end, all I wanted was for someone to call me back and explain it to me. When Dr. Williams heard that there was an issue she called me right away to sort it out and explain to me what had happened. She also filled in the blanks for things that hadn't been explained to me at prior visits regarding their billing practices-- which are extremely fair and reasonable. She was apologetic and understanding of my frustrations and I appreciated her candor and honesty. I can tell Dr. Williams takes her business, her work, her patients and her reputation seriously which is very refreshing. This dentistry is hands down the best patient care I've ever received, in any kind of healthcare office, not just at a dentist. You'd be hard pressed to find better.

I am 62 years old and Dr. Veronica Taylor Williams's office is the absolute best experience I have had in my entire life at a dental office. The staff is friendly and professional, the dental hygienist is thorough and Dr. Williams is high energy, and just awesome! I highly recommend Signature Smiles.

Very impressive visit today...it always is but with COVID floating around they have taken every precaution known to man to make sure my safety and others around me were first priority! Dr. Williams and her staff are top notch and she gives the best massages around :) If you are looking for a Dentist I highly recommend Dr. Williams. Thank you for my goodie bag!!

I am extremely .Disappointed. In Dr. williams office. I called to see if my wife could be seened since she broke her tooth. I have been going there for for many years!" My son and both daughter and grandchildren...i was told that since my wife had not been in they would see her. This is total BS....Ive referred many people to them..NEVER AGAIN

Very unprofessional staff. Front desk receptionist are horrible n disrespectful. Had two tooth fillings put in just a year ago n filling have already come out. Having a Military background n family I would have expected a greater deal of service. Seems like everyone there is just there to receive a paycheck they could careless about your well being. Horrible horrible. If i could rank them 0 stars i would.

Dr Williams is the BEST Dentist around. I see her at the Wilmington location and would recommend her highly. She is a very caring person with a wonderful personality and makes sure that you are comfortable, I have always been afraid of the dentist which lead to major dental problems for myself and I laugh and smile the whole time I am with her. Her and her staff even put on a dancing and singing act for me. Love her and wouldn't ever see any other Dentist around, I will even travel to Jacksonville just to make sure I can see her!!

I have been going to Signature Smiles for many years. I can say hands down, this is the best dental service I have ever had. I will be moving soon and I regret that I will loose access to the quality care that is here.
