Dr. Sharma is the proud owner of Signature Smiles, along with his wife Dr. Puneet Rangi. Dr. Sharma was born and raised in Punjab, India. From a young age, he knew he wanted to go into the health field because he loved science and helping others. He attended dental school at Baba Jaswant Dental College. After graduation in 2010 he received his Bachelors of Dental Science degree and took a position teaching in the Prosthodontist Department at the dental school. At this time, Dr. Sharma decided to pursue his second dental degree in the United States, and started to study for the board exam that is required for admittance.
Dr. Sharma was admitted to New York University College of Dentistry in 2011 as an advanced placement student. He graduated in 2014 with his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. During school, Dr. Sharma met his wife and they married after graduation and they have both been practicing dentistry together since. Dr. Sharma enjoys the surgical side of dentistry, and does extractions, implant placement, and full mouth restorations.
You will find Dr. Sharma in the office providing his patients with quality dental care, chatting away and always singing! Outside of work Dr. Sharma stays busy with his family and friends. Dr. Sharma and his wife are proud parents to Zara and Eshaan.
Dr. Rangi, a proud owner of Signature Smiles for the past five years, grew up in the small town of Owosso, Michigan. Puneet earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor in Pre-Dental and Neuroscience. What drew her to dentistry was the science of dentistry, but also the artistic and creative aspects of dentistry. Dr. Rangi attended dental school at New York University (NYU) and met Dr. Sharma while attending.
After graduation in 2014, the two were married and moved to Moline, Illinois and lived there for about a year until both felt the itch to get back to the east coast. Dr. Rangi and Dr. Sharma moved to Connecticut because of a job opportunity.
On November 2, 2015, Signature Smiles was born! Dr. Rangi loves the relationships they have cultivated with their patients over the years. In her spare time, Dr. Rangi loves spending quality time with her family. Dr. Rangi and Dr. Sharma have a daughter named Zara and a son named Eshaan.

Honestly, this was the best dentist visit I've had in my life. They're welcoming and have good energy laughs a positive vibes. And overall they really make you feel like family very comfortable. I was sold the first two min I spoke to Debra, from the moment walking in those doors you are treated with care.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Since Dr Sharma left the Windsor office the care is absolutely abysmal. I scheduled a visit after experiencing extreme pain in my tooth. The first thing I noticed was the sink was taped over , and the instruments were not packaged /sterile. When I inquired I was assured they were cleaned. I was seen and told I would need a root canal as my tooth was badly infected. The dentist set up for the procedure assuring me I needed this -- after checking my insurance , stated he could not proceed unless I paid cash upfront . When I told him I did not have thousands of dollars to give him on the spot, he insisted I sign up for care credit. I have dental insurance. My insurance company said the dentist never even contacted them for a pre authorization. this appears to be a Medicare/Medicaid fraud scheme where they demand cash upfront and submit the insurance claims on the back end. This is not the first time this occurred. When having a prior treatment I was told I would have to pay cash for pain relief for a root canal. When I inquired I was told it would be $120.00 cash for any type of pain relief during a surgical procedure. I also called the on call line over the weekend during an emergency and no one called me back. When I inquired as to why the receptionist copped an attitude and lied stating they did not have an on call line/emergency . When I asked her to call the # she did , then admitted she'd never heard the message and did not have access to the phone system. 0/5 . Fraudulent practice, unsanitary, and incompetent care. Will be filing a formal complaint with the State of Ct and the health department as well as my attorney for medical malpractice.

The staff is awesome the doctor is awesome the location is awesome I had the implants installed over a year ago and I am super happy with the whole procedure thank you to signature smiles thank you so much!!!!! I can eat normally and it change my life for the better!!!!

I came to this dental office after having pain in my tooth. Dr. Sharma squeezed me in the very same day & performed my root canal. I have anxiety like many others when it comes time to go to the dentist but the entire staff was very kind & caring. They played my favorite music, checked in on me periodically throughout the procedure to make sure I was okay, paused when I needed a break & reassured me when I was feeling scared. They even did their best to make me laugh. I returned today to have a wisdom tooth extraction which again I didn't have an appointment for. However, they were kind enough to fit me in because I was in pain. This time I was seen by Dr. Ted who was equally wonderful. He listened to my concerns, & resolved the problem in a short period of time. He was friendly, reassuring & very gentle. Dr. Sharma came to visit when I was having my tooth extraction & even though he could have gone home seeing as I was their last patient, he decided to put in my final crown for the root canal I previously had done. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone & everyone. Thank you so much for being so kind & friendly!

I discovered that one of my teeth was badly fractured. I called Signature Smiles and explained the problem. They told me to come straight in. I needed an extraction. This was done painlessly, with everything explained. That was earlier this aftenoon. They had to take an emergency patient (me) gave prompt, good treatment, and were very nice about everything. I give highest marks for kindness, caring and skill.

My wife got her implant done at the location. Everyone was helpful. Dr. Sharma was cheerful and explained the procedure at length which helped her to understand how it will be done. He was always open to answering questions and made sure everything was done accordingly. He also asked questions to make sure that the procedure was done to his and her satisfaction.

Amazing amazing services. I had a very bad infected tooth that I have been dreading to get taken care of. Dr. Sharma did an awesome job communicating with me and even let me listen to a motivational speech through the process. I didn't feel a thing while he was doing the removal procedure or after. I highly recommend going to signature smiles. Thank you Dr. Sharma!

I really bad anxiety, haven't been to the dentist in over 10 year. I forced myself to come , the doctor and nurses were so patient and caring it made me feel at ease. They're very cheerful and great sense of humor!. I am going to have my whole family come here. I can't wait for my cleanings

This office is great! Ashley is so nice and greeted me right when I walked in. Alicia explained my treatment and Rashada asked me to do this review ! My experience was so pleasant!!! But one thing is the setup of the plexiglass makes the office look cheap and ugly. Other then that the front desk staff makes me want to come back ! Ashley was very patient with me and answered all my questions ! Thank you!

Great dentist and more so a great staff. Kristen at the front desk is the best receptionist I ever met. I am new and they all made me feel like family from the first minute I walked in to schedule an appointment. No long waits to be seen. Cleaning was one day and implants one week. I am very fortunate I found this place.

I had such a pleasant experience . The front desk assistant who helped me, Ashley, went so far and beyond with her customer service that I felt compelled to leave a review which I really am not in the habit of doing. She accommodated my schedule so that I would not lose my dental benefits for the year and was so patient and kind while I was trying to figure out what to do!! She is the reason I will go back again and refer everyone I know here!!
