The Dentist Subea Hijazi was amazing!! He made me feel comfortable as possible and the nurse/assistant Brianna Gonzalez in the room was amazing! They helped me and made me feel safe as they could and as comfortable as possible. The team work they had in this room was so comfortable and they talked me through everything and let me know what was happening and that I was going to be ok. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE AND GET THIS TEAM TO BE IN YOUR ROOM!!! Thank you Signature Smiles of Bastrop!

The wait is horrible. They schedule too many appointments and have you waiting over an hour to go to the back then wait another hours or more to be seen once you are in the back. Yet if you are running late they want you to reschedule. I don't know if they need new dentist or a new scheduling stafff but it's horrible. Make sure you clear your entire schedule before going because you will to make any other appointment.

I have had a pleasant experience at every appointment. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a seasoned hygienist who really knows what she's doing. The doctors I have seen were knowledgeable and kind. I have never had to wait too long to be seen. They seem to keep on time with their schedule very well. When I had a crown fall out after dinner one night, I called the next morning and they got me into a spot that day to have it put back in. I understand that may not always be able to happen, but I feel like they try their best to meets patients' needs as best they can. I would highly recommend them, and I do all the time :)

I have been going to Signature Smiles and seeing Dr. Caldwell for many many years. His staff is outstanding and caring. I always highly recommend Signature Smiles to all my friends and anyone that asks. Thank you for all the excellent care you all have provided.

Paid bill in full at the time of visit. Now months later, they are coming back out of the blue and saying I owe them more money. Disappointed as they take my insurance so I thought I had found "my dentist office"...but apparently I haven't. Now I have to start looking for a new one. Frustrated.

Took our 15 month old in for his first exam and cleaning. The staff and doctor were friendly. Dr. McGuffin was great with our toddler and we are looking forward to going back in 6 months!

Went in to get a filling, I thought. It was just an x-ray and consult. Then they scheduled me for a month out for the filling I need now in my opinion. The doctor was nice and explained things to me but I think it was a waste of my time to go in and not have a procedure done.

My Daughter and I were visiting family when her wires came loose and she needed to see an orthodontist. They worked with us and her orthodontist back home. Got her in clipped the wires and got us on our way. I enjoyed the visit and the ability to help her be comfortable until we return home.

I'm a returning customer of Dr Caldwell at signature smiles, after having been to other dental offices in Bastrop and having the most awful experiences... Take it from me don't go anywhere else in Bastrop for your dental care this is the dental office for you and your family. They have the best office in town I promise
