Friendly and helpful staff. Billing worked with me in a matter which was resolved in my favor. I only met the dentist once in my five visits there. Two visits to get my teeth cleaned is definitely a first in my book.

Definitely the best dentist that I have ever been to! I was extremely scared to go to the dentist because I always ended up in pain. Signature Smiles is the very first dentist that never caused any discomfort. Not only was it pain free but judgment free as well. Highly recommend!

I've had a great first experience with Signature Smiles at Chestnut Commons in Elyria. This dental office works like a well-oiled machine. Everyone performs their individual tasks with experience, thoroughness and kindness. They take the time to explain everything so that the patient feels more connected to their own dental health care. My cleaning, X-rays and filling procedures went really well. I had almost no wait times. Like most people, I had a bit of dental anxiety. This evaporated quickly. I felt no pain at all. None during the drilling. Not even when they administered the localized anesthetic. I've never had such a painless dental appointment. I don't have a dental plan, but was pleased to utilize their saver's plan. This really helped to lower my costs. My wife has been going to them for years now and has had many successful procedures. She has special needs and everyone there goes above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate her needs and to make her more comfortable. I would highly recommend Signature Smiles.

I chose this place because it talks about making you feel comfortable. Which they did not do. Making my appointment they didn't take my number, I called back because I never received paperwork so they send it. I cant fill it out for some reason. I figure its just the front desk I ll still give them a try. The women that took my x rays was very nice and easy to talk to.i believe her name was jordan. I did not like either the dentist or the cleaner I'm not sure who she was. She was talking to me like I was a child. I told her this and you could see how mad she got. I told her I'm leaving and she said good and walked out that room so fast. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Immature women work there and not organized.
