Worst place to go to.I wasn't able to make it on time. I was going to send my daughters stepmom and they wouldn't allow it. They made a big deal saying that they needed an ID. I had a picture of it & they said to email it to them, and I did and then we're complaining about not being clear enough. Then they didn't want to let me speak to the manager or even give me cooperates number. They were so rude. I don't recommend.

Do NOT recommend. I payed $950 out of pocket to replace a crown and it was not cemented properly. I tried to contact Dr. Nguyen but her office decided to close early without notice. Regular business hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm and I called at 2:23pm. Luckily I found another dentist who was able to help me with a same day appointment. They were able to cement my tooth but I had to pay $135 out of pocket. Apparently the crown was too large and had to be filed down to hug my tooth. There was also leftover cement on my gums and teeth. Signature smiles eventually called me back to fix the issue but I told them I resolved the issue and they should reimburse me for the inconvenience. They said my insurance should have payed for the cement but I had to remind them that I payed out of pocket. My insurance doesn't cover crowns. I made an appointment to speak with Dr. Nguyen for a refund but instead got told no to my face and that she doesn't take any responsibility for my crown falling out. They didn't even want to refund me $135 for the cement. Apparently they have no authority because Dr. Nguyen isn't the owner. The actual owner is in another country?? I have been to several dentist and I have never experienced this level of care. It's unacceptable for a medical clinic to close their doors early. I could have got my crown fixed instead of paying another dentist $135. Under her care I also experienced issues with a tooth filling. She had to repair it twice because it wasn't properly done. I gave her a chance to make it right and to just issue me a refund but unfortunately I had to contact the Dental Board and file a complaint.

I highly recommend signature smiles. Doctors here are amazing, I've been a patient of Dr.Owji's since I was little, he's very kind & good chair side manners, he always puts the patient first. Treatment is very quick and painless! Dr.Nguyen is very sweet. She's really good with kids, she knows how to calm them. Not only that but she goes through everything with you to make sure you understand before you leave. They make sure you leave happy and staff here is awesome! Especially management here !!

I must say Dr Reza Owji is an awesome dentist. He makes sure the patient leaves happy. He is sweet, caring and goes out of his way to make sure the patient is taken care of. His office is always clean and has delicious coffee offered to you while you wait to get called back, which you dont wait long at all. The staff is super nice and professional. Also, Dr Nguyen is a wonderful dentist as well. I love the way she talks to patients and especially kids. She thoroughly explains everything. I highly recommend Signature Smiles not only for their outstanding work and staff but because they care.

Everyone is great here! Best experience I've ever had with a dentist. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood what she was showing me and also made me feel like I was heard. Anna at the front is lovely on the phone and in person making you more comfortable about your visit. The dental assistant Crystal was also very nice and gentle with me when I told her that my gums were sensitive.

Just finished seeing doctor a few hours ago and did not feel satisfied. Drs assistant who did my x-rays, seemed disengaged. As if she didnt want to be there. Then the Dr saw me and after poking my gums, I bled. That wasnt the problem. The problem was is when she was done, she exited and didnt tell me to rinse or anything. I had to ask another assistant if I could rinse out my mouth. Also the Dr seemed frustrated with how my teeth were. I was already embarrassed from the start and the main reason was to go there and get my teethed fixed.

Absolutely love love love the staff. They make you feel so comfortable during any work their doing. Dr Nguyen walls you through what she's doing to make sure you're comfortable during any procedure. Overall they are very friendly and caring about their patients. I highly recommend this dentist.

This office is Great! Staff is always friendly and caring. They were able to work with me and my insurance and make sure I was able to utilize my insurance. Every time I call to make an appointment it's super easy and quick! I have even had to go in as an emergency and they were able to treat me the same day. I would definitely recommend Signature Smiles To anyone!!
