A native of North Carolina, Dr. Cook completed his undergraduate studies at North Carolina State University and went on to graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry. Following his formal education, Dr. Cook served seven years in the United States Air Force. One of those years was spent as the Air Force liaison to the ADA New Dentist Committee. He also completed a year of advanced education in a general dentistry residency program, and while stationed in England for two years, he worked under the tutelage of board-certified specialists in oral surgery, endodontics, and periodontics.
Since then, his desire to learn and grow has never stopped and he participates in continuing education whenever he is able to take a moment from his patients and his family. He has enhanced his clinical skills through extensive coursework from world-renowned Spear Education Institute and is working toward the prestigious fellowship awarded by the Academy of General Dentistry.

1st visit was a A++! Checkin was smooth quick and easy. Ladies at the 1st desk was nice and patient. I was supposed to have Dr. Archie but i think he was busy but Loved Dr. Cooper she was very nice. The facility is very clean & up to day. I love the goodie bad at the end as well. Looking forward to my next visits.

Dr. Cooks office is absolutely the best! From the front office staff to the hygienists and Dr. Cook everyone is kind, patient and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is welcoming and we have never had an unpleasant experience. Great family dental office.

PHENOMENAL SERVICE AS USUAL!! I LOVE SIGNAYURE SMILES !! DR COOK and his STAFF are wonderful. I used to be petrified of going to the dentist because of my past experiences. Dr Cook and his Staff helped me from my very first appointment. He listened to me and helped me. I will forever be grateful to Dr Cook and his wonderful Staff.

They are professional and kind. The office enforces masking which I really appreciated. The entire office is so nice to everyone. Dr. Cook is very professional and kind. I can't recommend him enough. Just go and try them yourself. Also, for people like me who don't have dental insurance, they offer an annual plan that covers 2 cleanings and 15% of of all dental procedures. The cost is less per month than dental insurance is for most people.

I was a work-in first time patient and was shocked at how easy it was to schedule online. This immediately set the practice apart, especially because they already came highly recommended. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to walk through everything thoroughly and there were no surprises with either my treatment plan (based off what I expected knowing my teeth) or the pricing. The office is beautiful and technology is state of the art. Everything ran in a timely manner. I've seen MANY dentists going back to childhood and this was by far my best experience. I will be referring everyone in the area (assuming the dental work goes well )!

Dr.Cook and his team are fantastic!!!! They are caring and very concerned about the care given to their patients. I wish I could have found him many years ago. His bed side manner is impeccable. Dr. Cook is great, but the front desk and scheduling is very inconsistent. And Not very compassionate. I was told Dr. Cook is booked and we will call you when his schedule opens up. It's been two weeks so far I am still waiting for that phone call. I will update when I receive the phone call from the front desk. Update : They called me and scheduled me with Dr. 10 minutes after I wrote the above review. Front desc were pleasant and supportive today. Dr. Cook was great as always. I got my new crown and I am happy with it. Thank you signature smile

I came in for a cleaning and exam and was impressed with my hygienist and Dr. Cook. The practice is clean and well run. Dr. Cook wasn't in a rush and I felt like he was looking out for me and gave solid advice. Jenna my Hygienist was careful and informative.

PHENOMENAL SERVICE I LOVE DR COOK AND HIS STAFF! He is an amazing dentist. If my Grandchildren lived in North Carolina he would be thier dentist. I referred my Sister in law she loves them too. I did not trust or like going to the dentist but now I have no problem. Thank you Dr Cooke for everything. Giving me an amazing smile and once I heal the ability to eat anything I want.
