Signature Smile Family Dentistry is a Rockledge based family dentist practice that treats patients of all ages. We are committed to delivering the highest quality dental care and do so using advanced dental equipment. We are a cosmetic dentist that offers services like checkups, teeth cleaning, crowns, veneers and more.
Dr. Hilary Hulland-Prill, after graduating from our very own Satellite High School in 1996, attended the University of Florida. There, she majored in Zoology from 1996-2000. Her research was focused on endocrine disrupters from our citrus fertilizer run off and their affect on the wildlife in our Central Florida lakes. Dr. Prill focused on Alligators under Dr. Louis Guillete. In the Field, she would capture the alligators and pull them into the airboat for blood samples and measurements. She was also an active member in many clubs and organizations, including the Delta Gamma Sorority.
After graduating with honors from the University of Florida, Dr. Prill enrolled at Nova Southeastern University School of Dental Medicine where she excelled, becoming one of only 10 students from her class to be elected to the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon national dental honors society. Dr. Prill dedicated much of her studies to a special focus on implant prosthesis and again graduated from Nova Southeastern with honors and in the top 20th percentile in the Spring of 2004.
Dr. Prill married her college sweetheart in 2004, welcomed a son in 2005, another son in 2007 and a daughter in 2009. She has been practicing dentistry in Central Florida for the last 12 years and looks forward to serving families here for many years to come. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the Central District Dental Association, and the Brevard County Dental Society.
Susan is an Iowa native who moved to Florida in 2012. She is an RDH and has been in the dental field since 1996. Susan and her husband have one son and they love to travel in their spare time. Some of Susan's hobbies are boating, painting, and chasing behind her wild golden doddle Bentley.
Nicole graduated from Eastern Florida State College with her Bachelors in Business in 2019. She is married to her high school sweetheart and loves spending time with him and their son. For fun Nicole enjoys cooking, biking on the beach and weekend adventures outside.
Arlene is Texas native and moved here from Alaska one year ago and is planting roots in Florida. She is married to Josh who has recently separated from the military. She has son who is currently serving in the Marines and she is a very proud military family member.
Audra is a 5th generation native Brevard resident and mother to two preteens. She is a typical Florida resident who enjoys boating, paddle boarding, fishing and mini weekend getaways with her family when she isnt busy with travel sports. She is set to graduate UCF in the Fall.
Haley is originally from Orlando but moved to Brevard County in 2018. Her first 2 years of college she played softball at State College of Florida where she also received her Associates degree in 2019. She is currently studying marketing at the University of Central Florida. In her spare time, Haley likes to try new foods, play with her dog, and catch up on TV shows.
Susan has been a registered hygienist for over 20 years. She originated in Michigan and relocated to Florida at the start of her career. She is a Mom, proud Grandmother and loving Wife who enjoys beautiful boat days, camping and golfing in her spare time.

Dr. Prill is truly a master of her craft. She did very extensive dental work for me, and was nothing short of kind, caring, communicative, and professional. Not to mention, my teeth look amazing. The care she put into it was impeccable. I am in awe. The staff is friendly and personable too! Very truly thankful to have found this office.

Staff and service are excellent. Their billing/accounting is a little confusing so I have to stay on top of what I paid upfront and what I actually owe once insurance kicks in. But the staff is always helpful when I call. Update: although the clinical service is good, I can't recommend this dentist anymore. Although the business staff is nice, their practices are questionable at best and dishonest at worse. I have no problem paying for services and being reimbursed when my insurance pays. They refused to accept payment from my insurance company although they were contractually obligated too. Instead the shredded the check. It took about 3 months of me constantly calling my insurance to get another check issued and me imploring Signature Smile to accept the check. Signature finally accepted the check to, and I quote, "to get this over with". Then it took a few weeks of me bugging them to reimburse me. When they finally did, they paid me half and exactly a week later paid the other half. They blamed my credit card company for the second payment not going through faster when, in fact, they initially made the second payment a few days after the first, then canceled it, causing me to have to call them and bug them for the second payment. It was suspicious to me that they waited exactly a week later to post the second credit and only after numerous calls from me. Throughout, the business person kept having to confer with the dentist before doing anything, so the dentist was involved in all the decisions though it should have all been straightforward business practices.

Please do your homework on the term "craze" or "craze lines" (a harmless medical condition) before seeing this dentist. This dentist uses the term "tooth fracture" (a serious medical condition) instead of craze to ensure she can sell as many crowns as possible. Your dental insurance doesn't care about the fraud, as they will not pay for the crowns because they are not medically necessary. You pay the full price; over $1000 per tooth.

Very nice office and friendly staff! I was a little disappointed at my first visit they only took X-rays when I was expecting to get my cleaning done as well. They told me the initial visit was just to get established at their office, so I had to come back two days later for my cleaning.

I have no idea how long I have been seeing her. But it's quite a long time. I always hated the dentist. I hated having my teeth looked at because of bad experiences in the past. But, I have been going here for a long time and the staff are all amazing. They will work with you on payment and the doc is very kind and understanding. I cannot recommend more <3.

I was having a rough day yesterday when I chipped my tooth. Signature Smile got me an appointment immediately and didn't price gouge me. Dr. Prill made my smile look perfect again, everyone in the office was pleasant, and made this experience the best it could possibly be. Thank you so much :)

Follow-up, No Post-Op call was ever made or received. My procedure was on Thursday, and I was not contacted until Monday (Despite 3 calls to the after-hours line) I received another call today,(11 days Post-Op) and Dr. Prill has outright refused to complete the procedure that I Pre-Paid for. Nor has there been an offer of compensation for not fulfilling that requirement. I offered her the opportunity to complete the procedure so that we could be done with each other once and for all. Somehow making a decision as to what medical procedures I am willing to undergo is "being my own dentist" and too much for her fragile ego. She then ended our call abruptly because I called her out on a previous incident of unprofessional and discriminatory behavior. ************* I went in for a toothache, and ended up with a crown. Since leaving, I have been in excruciating pain. I have called the emergency contact number TWICE with no response. Seems like once they get payment, they don't care about their patients. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have been a patient of Dr Prill and Signature Smiles for quite some time. I appreciate the expertise Dr. Prill has and her repor with her patients. I spent many hours in a dentist chair in my life and I am overjoyed on the work that was done for me by Dr. Prill. 6 crowns is a lot of work and I still have a wonderful smile thanks to Dr. Prill other dentists told me that my teeth would have to be pulled and dentures were in my future. Dr. Prill gave me my smile and no pulled teeth. Thank you! I would recommend Signature Smile to anyone that needs help and an honest opinion. Definitely give them a chance to give you the smile you want and deserve.

Can't recommend this office enough! I had bad TMJ pain and needed to see a dentist and they were able to squeeze me in that same day I called, as a new patient. The office is beautiful and clean and so welcoming. I've never been to a dentist that offered snacks and beverages, and even gave me a tour! The doctor is extremely kind and honest, and their prices for treatments are very fair. They will now be my permanent dentist! Can't wait to get my first cleaning here.

Please avoid this dentist at all cost. Every employee I came in contact had a major issue. From the beginning the quote I was provided wasn't accurate I was getting crowns on 2 teeth and things were missing from the quote, so they under quote you so that you'll agree to treatment. The dentist said I had cavities and needed 2 crowns. The employee that files the claim said it was cosmetic, so did the dentist lie to me or did the claims person mess up? I went in for the crowns and the hygienist messed up the color so badly I had to go back again for a second time and had to wear temporaries for 4 weeks. To get the color right the dentist took me outside into the parking lot in direct sunlight and tell me to open my mouth to take pictures with cars are driving by. Do the lights in the building not work? Is this normal? I come in for the 4th time to finally get my crowns, the financial person said my claim was denied and I owe more money. At this point I just want my crowns so I pay. 2 days later I then get a letter in the mail from my insurance saying the claim was never filled properly and they will decline the claim if not properly filled. So the financial person lied to me! I bring the letter into the dentist hoping they'll sort this out. The receptionist photocopies the letter and assures me it will be handled. I call later to find out that the insurance filer, Arlene never got the letter, so the receptionist lied. The dentist doesn't care they've lied and scammed me out of the money., so they have no incentive to fix this.This place is a scam. Avoid!!

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Prill's practice ever since we moved to Florida 11 years ago. Signature Smile lives up to their name. She is someone who goes the extra mile to ensure things are right. She and her staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. I had to have new upper dentures made. I got the new ones and she said you need to get used to them because they won't feel like the old ones. So don't go back and wear the old ones just because they feel better. They were loose and teeth were breaking off of the 40 year old appliance. So I followed her instructions. Yes they felt a bit tight initially but in no time I realized they were perfect. I needed no adjustments. It has been 10 months now and I still have a Signature Smile.

Over priced, Gold digger! Caused my son tooth damage and now costing a small Fortune to get fixed. Told me I needed all kinds of stuff done, went to a new Dentist and NONE of what she said I needed. Is OUT for her pocket and ripping people off.
