M Raghid Alolabi, DDS MS FRCD(C) Dr. Alolabi earned both his BSc in Human Biology and his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Toronto. During his DDS program, Dr. Alolabi was engaged in oral microbial research at Harvard University in Boston, MA. After completing his Doctorate Degree, Dr. Alolabi obtained his Masters Degree and specialty training in Orthodontics from Tufts University in Boston, MA. Dr. Alolabi is a member of the American Association of Orthodontist, and the Texas association of Orthodontist. When away from the office, Dr. Alolabi spends his free time outdoors, sharing his passion for nature with his wife, Zeina and their two young children, Zain and Mila. His other interests also include soccer, hockey and travelling.
Dr. Toumeh grew up in Texas and earned her dental degree from Midwestern University in Illinois. She seeks to provide excellent, quality care, push herself forward, and set a high standard by keeping up with the latest advancements in dentistry. Dr. Toumeh always works to create a genuine nurturing atmosphere for her patients, foster good character and ultimately improve people's lives. She envisions herself not only as an astute dentist, but also an amiable advocate for each person she treats. Her eye for detail allows her to be a superb cosmetic dentist, and along with skill and experience in surgical and root canal treatment, Dr. Toumeh is able to provide high level dental care for her patients. In her spare time, she loves to travel, dance and practice yoga.
Dr. Junaid received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed additional residency and degree in orthodontics from University of Paris V, Paris, France.
Dr. Junaid is a member of theAmerican Dental Association, theTexas Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Through these associations he maintains continuing education in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, veneers, crown and bridge, orthodontics and endodontics, among others.

I'm really impressed! The staff made me feel right at home, and they shared a philosophy that I didn't know existed in the dental profession. My surgical procedures were carefully explained, and the questions I had were answered. The results were outstanding! I can't be more satisfied with this service!

One of the employees used my information and texted me AT NIGHT asking if I would like a job where she works not at the dental office but at another company. Im almost positive this is a HIPPA violation. When I reported it they had that employee call me immediately following my call to say I'm sorry. I am looking into reporting this situation.

The entire staff are friendly, professional, and the facilities are clean, beautiful, and designed to set a patient at ease. And Dr. Hertier does a great job with explaining how to help and prevent future issues. This practice must be the number 1 in the area!

I cannot remember the last time a dentist took the time to sit and speak to me in detail, at length, and without condescension about my whole health, but Dr. Junaid did! This is what healthcare should be.

The front desk is so unprofessional and shouldn't be working with customers at all. They always get appointment times wrong and when I've asked to speak with manager or someone over them they tell me manager isn't in building. I had to call my children's insurance to file a complaint and get a referral to new dentist. The dentist and ortho doctor are great but the front is a mess and so unprofessional.

I will not be retuning to this location! It took 3 visits to complete the work needed done on my teeth which wasnt alot being as I dont have alot of teeth to work with, then same thing with my partner and in the end she wasnt able to get the last job done as she was going out of town for a while and I was given the run around about getting refunded for the work that was never done. At my last visit to try to get the $ refunded, I was still charged for work that my insurance supposedly ddnt cover 2 mths prior.

So I have never actually been to this business but let me tell you about the employee that walked inside the diner next door and handed me my wallet and phone that I dropped in the parking lot .Takes a real honest and good person to do that so I'm so thankful!. It would have been a nightmare trying to replace everything in my wallet. So thank you!

Got my braces done here with Dr. Alolabi and i am extremely happy with the outcome! Super nice staff and they really do care about doing a good job, they definitely do want what's best for the patient. Customer service is really great.
