The staff is amazing! I am thankful to Dr. Vialva for being so thorough and detailed during her exams and evaluations. She saw things other providers have missed for years. She makes it comfortable for those of us who suffer with dental anxiety. She loves what she does and it shows in her work! I am proud to have her as my dentist and I will be forever grateful to her!

I scheduled an appointment with this office a month ago. Went in for my appointment time in which I was 15 mins early and was told my appt was cancelled due no confirmation made. I was like okay. Just left so I went back into my text from the office and found out that I did confirm my appt so I decided to go back to the office and show the front office manager my text and she proceeded to say. She received my text confirmation but earlier she stated that appt was canceled due to appt was not confirmed so she proceeded to tell me that it was because she couldn't verify my insurance but the day I scheduled my appointment she told me if I could not bring my insurance card that she could verify my insurance the day of my appt. I mentioned this to her and she stated I would have NEVER TOLD YOU THAT but she also told me the reason she cancelled my appt was because she couldn't verify my insurance. The LiESssss. I should have went with all the negative reviews I saw on this practice. Don't waste your time. Every time I have went in these place it's never no one in there. This review will be on every platform they have this business linked too

I love the atmosphere! I feel like I am around my family every time I visit. The dentist is also a perfectionist that pays attention to the small details.

Worst dentist ever!! Would've gave less than one star. **response to owner** My comment is not fake I don't have to be a patient to know how you treated my family when they received services. I have never heard of or seen a professional act in the manner you did. My opinion is very legitimate. You are rude and inconsiderate of your patients needs.

I would give zero stars but the minimum is 1. The dentist is rude and money hungry. They lie on paperwork to obtain Medicaid payments. I took my children and they said their last visit was 2018 when it was 2021. Very unprofessional and ghetto. Then they closed their doors at 2pm for unknown reasons. It is 2:05 as I'm making this post and they closed down and put me out of my appointment because my phone rung.

My experience with this office was horrible. My first office visit, they asked for $20 for PPE. I feel like this should not be asked for by the customer, when we are already relying on Medicaid to pay for their visit in the first place. I understand certain guidelines for Covid-19, but $20 is a bit steep, also when you are being neglected of dental care later in the visit, anyways! I was told that I needed a deep cleaning, five root canals, five crowns and four fillings!! Not to mention a deep cleaning that was over $500!! I knew that I needed work done, but never IN HELL, did I believe the dentist when she said I needed all that work done. She referred me to their specialist. I told her that I would go to my family's dentist to have the work done that I needed, because I trust him. I went to him for a second opinion. He took his own x-rays and did not agree with what the dentist at Signature "recommended" that I needed. I trust his judgement. I then tried to call Signature back to make an appointment for a cleaning, because my family's dentist does not take Medicaid. Signature denied me their services because they said that they do not accept patients that bounce back and forth! The dentist told me that she does not do the work that I needed done and to go their specialist or to someone that I preferred to see. I told her that I preferred to see our family dentist. She said since I did not go to who she recommended, they refused to see me as a patient again. I also asked to have my x-rays sent over to our family dentist office and they had no problem doing that. It was only after that, when they told me when asking for my records, that I was no longer a patient with them! I feel like this was a horrible lack of communication on their end. They should have explained all of their guidelines and rules before hand. I feel like I was scammed because the first initial visit there, she never even cleaned my teeth. It's just not a good look business wise, to turn people away and not explain things thoroughly, before they leave your office. Everything was unclear and unorganized. To be honest, all of them could have had better attitudes as well. Customer service is a huge matter to me. I take that very seriously. The way people treat me is important, when it comes to my self respect. I will not recommend this office to anyone. If you want good business, you better take heed...

I had an appointment for a check up/cleaning. When I entered the office they told me that I had to pay $20 for PPE! No problem with everything going on, I understand. After 3 X-rays the dentist comes in to exam my teeth. After a few questions and looking at my teeth she tells me that they are going to "write up" my TREATMENT plan. I came for a cleaning, not to mention, I didn't get that! At the check out desk the receptionist gives me a paper that list over $1700 worth of treatment that I need, to include a $539 bill for a deep cleaning in which my insurance didn't cover any portion. This place is a complete money scam! The dentist was nice to say the least, but the way they handle business would be a no for me!!

My family and I have gone to this dental office for approximately 2.5 years however customer service is highly important to me when I'm doing business with a provider. Equally as important if not more is the way my loved ones are treated during an office visit in which a practitioner will work with them physically whilst being in a vulnerable position of being in a dental chair on their backs. Trust, care and chair side manner is key. While the dentist is skilled medically, she has a chair side staff member that is and always has been very and short in her communication with me as the paying customer. Of which I tolerated. Unfortunately, during a recent visit she spoke to me with regard to my husbands treatment plan in an manner that was rude, embarrassing and disrespectful. I would suggest that you not patronize this establishment if you value your dignity I would further suggest that Dr. Vilva evaluate this young lady's tact and chair side manner as she is much too talented and nice of a person to allow this individual continue to tarnish her practice. Dean family. Update: Dr. Valva called me with regard to my review. We discussed everything and she asked that we give it some time and come back. I agreed after speaking with her. Four months later I obliged and called the office. The receptionist seemed to gloat in denying services. I explained the conversation as mentioned above and asked to speak with the Doctor to ensure there was no miscommunication. She did not instead face simply repeated the denial process she mentioned previously. There will more than likely be a politically correct manner in which the Doctor will address my update of review. However what I have stated is true. Just be mindful that this is a private practice and that they can be very juvenile in their actions as it regards patient interaction. Do not waste your time as I would have left four months ago as I initially intended, prior to the Doctors call of which I "thought" was genuine. At this point the Doctor and her staff are toying with the care of individuals. I don't wish to place my family in that type of care, I advise you proceed with caution.

Great doctor and staffs. The staffs are respectful and professional. I went for my initial visit did x-ray and observation then was scheduled for my cleaning based on the doctor's recommendation. I like the fact that the doctor did the cleaning and her assistant assisted with the suction of water mainly from the mouth. I highly recommend this doctor, she was courteous and nice. I didn't mind the wait even though it wasn't that long because the doctor is thorough and will prescribe a treatment plan based on your dental needs. Can't wait to see the team again in six months for my routine cleaning.
