Dishonest business. Supposedly checked my BCBSM plan & quoted me one price for internal bleaching of a tooth, then billed me hundreds of $ more than original quote. Receptionist told me I should have inquired about a 'pre-authorization' with my insurance company and that it was my fault. Beyond trusting that the business is actually doing this & that they will then bill for preauthorized services only is not guaranteed. I would not recommend this clinic.

Great visit. Perfect job. I'm a retired DDS and can go to any endodontist office. I picked Signature because of their excellent doctors and caring staff.

Best possible experience one could have while having a root canal. They worked with my insurance and kept trying until they got through and got an approval. They talked me through the procedure both before starting the work and during. They made sure I had no pain. Every staff member I encountered was great.

I got my first root canal here. I was so scared, and everyone from the staff was very kind and helped calm my nerves. I didn't feel a single thing during the procedure. The doctor and assistant kept asking if I was okay and if I felt anything, making sure I was comfortable. They definitely specialize in what they do and are quick, efficient, and thoughtful. Would recommend! If I ever need another, I am for sure coming back here. Thanks!

By far the best dental experience ever for me. Had a root canal today which is normally not a fun experience. My situation was an emergency as my tooth got bad quickly, so they got me in same day. Dr Melegari was really nice and very efficient. Much more gentle on my jaw than my previous dentist. Hard to believe I would leave a 5 star review after a root canal but they were that good. My tooth went from a 9 on the pain scale to almost no pain after I left. Office was very clean and front desk staff was super helpful and very polite which seems to be lacking these days in other medical settings. Hoping I won't need another root canal in the future, but if I do, at least I know where to go. These people are good!

I just had my first appointment for a root canal on my back lower molar. Dr. Carolin Ibrahim was very thorough, professional and educational throughout the entire experience. I normally don't leave reviews but I wouldn't feel right not leaving this one. The rest of the staff were also great, an all around great experience from start to finish. I Highly recommend them.

I absolutely cannot say enough about the doctors and staff at signature endodontist. The care and attention they gave us was remarkable. They eased my sons anxiety and made the experience wonderful for him. I cannot recommend them enough.

First of all, a beautiful facility, visually impressive and inviting. Courteous staff. Dr. Ibrahim and her assistant are extremely capable, wonderful, knowledgeable with great skill. Their presence is mighty encouraging. ~ it's amazing about all that they do and yet as a patient I had no pain. ~ Generally, in various situations throughout life we're either helpers or ones being helped. ~ Today I say a big Thank You to Dr.Ibrahim and her assistant for helping me. Her assistant has a very calming personality. Dr. Ibrahim answered all of my questions and put me at ease. Your receptionist are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend your office 100 %. Thank you again ladies for your friendly professionalism! Best Regards, Val

Amazing staff! Everyone was so kind and helpful. I recently had a root canal that I put off for far too long. The dentist talked me though everything and really numbed my mouth so I wouldn't feel anything. I experienced NO pain whatsoever. Wish this was my regular dentist.

This place is like a spa! Very calm and comfortable place. The chairs have back massagers!! The decor of the office is not clinical but like being in your own home (fireplace in the waiting room).Everything was explained to me prior to procedure in a very calming tone and everyone was so nice and careing. I have had root canals before but never like this. I wish I knew about this place years ago. I would recommend them completely!! Never again will I fear root canal treatment.

The office staff is wonderful and friendly. Dr McNeight is very professional and cares greatly about her patients. I am on the transplant list for a kidney and was put on hold due to infection in my tooth and bone. Upon surgery it was found that the infection was much more serious and spread. Dr McNeight did absolutely everything necessary, went above and beyond to make sure the infection was cleaned out so that I can be active again on the transplant list. I highly recommend her. Thank you Dr McNeight!

Dr. McKnight is the best Endodontist I have ever encountered. She has worked with my son for about a year, they follow up and call to see how he is doing after, they have been more than understanding with everything and taught me about everything that is going on. I have 4 children and she has been wonderful with each one of them. Even let my little son hold the water tool and suctioner for his brother. I will recommend this office and staff and especially Dr. McKnight any time!! Thank you for being AMAZING!!

I received an email about needing to schedule a 6 month follow up visit to check on my root canal, i advised the woman i spoke to on the phone that i no longed had the same insurance and I advised her what my new insurance was. She said that's fine and set me up with an appointment. The day of the appointment comes, I go to the visit and they dont tell me that they never authorized my insurance. Instead, they call me an hour after my appointment to tell me that i don't have insurance. Uh, yes. I do. After i call my insurance carrier and get signature endodontics the correct phone number, they tell me that they don't actually take my insurance. Despite what they previously told me. Now they're trying to hit me with a bill for a follow up appointment that would have been covered if they actually took the insurance that they said they did. Do not trust these people. Their office is nice but they are total scam artists.

Dr. McKnight is the best Endodontist I have ever encountered. I had a procedure done fairly recently here, and I gotta admit... this is definitely one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. I personally REALLY appreciate how they help get rid of your anxiety about the visit by updating you on what they are doing as they do it. Love this place, and will be recommending them!
