Very pleasant and the dental assistant laughed at my jokes. The atmosphere is pleasant and soothing. A sugar-free lollipop would be nice.

Outstanding and professional staff. Very patient centered and caring. Dr. Lee and Dr. Chan are highly skilled, great communicators and truly love what they do. The office staff works well with patients and went out of their way to fit me in to complete an unanticipated procedure.

I haven't been to the dentist for 3 years and I need to find a trustworthy dentist that's close to me since a piece of my tooth fell out. I found this place on Yelp so I went in on Wednesday, March 16th to get that tooth looked at since I thought it was a crown that fell out and might as well get my teeth cleaned. When Dr. Lee reviewed my X-rays, he noticed that tooth need a root canal. The decaying caused that piece of tooth to broke off so I had to schedule that procedure. He was able to clean my teeth and answered any questions I had. He would make sure if I was okay and didn't feel any pain while doing the teeth cleaning. When I was checking out to pay, I like that they gave me an invoice that has details on the breakdown of what your insurance covers and what I would pay as well as what my costs would be for my upcoming visits that I need to get done. I came back a couple days later to do my root canal by Dr. Lee. The procedure possibly would have taken an hour, but thankfully it was a half hour and with no pain since the numbing was done correctly. Dr. Lee said when I come back to do the fitting of the crown, he would check the tooth next to it if it had cavity since it looks like it does. They had a check in offer for a free hug (LOL) or a toothbrush so I redeemed for a free toothbrush. They didn't know they had that offer, but they honored it. A week later, I came back to do the fitting for my crown and Dr. Lee confirmed that the tooth next to it had a small cavity. He took photos of it to be able to submitted to my insurance as proof and advised me to have it done now since they have an easier access to it due to the piece of tooth fell out versus if I had come back when it was all done they would have to drill from the top and it would cost more. So I decided to get it done now since I am already numbed, they have easy access to it, and it's better to take care of it now before it gets worse. I do like that they take care of you and explain it versus claiming something you don't need just to make money. Another week later, I came back to get my crown on. The assistant helped removed my temporary crown and cleaned the area around that tooth. Dr. Lee came to put the crown on and ensure it fit well and it felt fine for me. Also, he did say the crown looked lighter and if I was fine with it. I said yes because I did picked that and it's in the back so it's not too noticeable. Also, I may do teeth whitening toothpaste to try to get my teeth to a lighter shade. I did like that he wanted to make sure I was happy with the crown I got and it felt fine when I bite down. The staff was very friendly and helpful from Dr. Lee to his office assistants (Lisa, Candy, Roxy, and another one I forgot her name :(). Lisa helped answer any questions I had as well as very helpful with setting my appointments, explaining the fees and what my insurance covered. She was always very friendly and helpful during all my visits. I like that they have text reminders for your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, make sure it's more than 48 business hours in advance or else they will charge $50 fee. Other than that, Dr. Lee will be my to go dentist needs.

Lisa and Dr. Lee went to great effort to procure my RX through insurance. Dr. Lee coordinated a challenging procedure with my neurologist. Dr. Lee is very kind, helpful, and patient oriented.

We have been using these dentists for over 10 years. They are kind, efficient and professional. Usually, I am in and out in 35 minutes for cleanings. I've had one referral where the dentist found a tissue lump and wanted it checked by an oral surgeon. All was well, but I appreciated the concern. Thank you so much.

This place is not trustworthy just like some other dental offices I've visited before. It was some time ago, so I can't be sure if the same staff works there. The lady at the front desk was a total fake, pretending to be friendly. On the next visit, she even put the wrong tooth number on the chart before giving it to the dentist. If I didn't correct her, the dentist could have fixed a wrong tooth. I got treatments from both male and female dentists, a couple. I felt like they wanted as much $ as possible from my insurance maximum, suggesting me all kinds of unnecessary procedures. There are other good honest dentists out there. This place is definitely not one of them.
